RPA - Automation Anywhere - Automate almost everything
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to understand, with little technical knowledge & enough interest we can automate almost anything which is rule specific. Also, it do provide good training videos which are easy to understand, kind of self learning.
In 10x version, we need to add dependency at the time of deployment while in 11x version they are allowing to add dependency of a task while development itself which is a good improvement, it will minimise the risk of bot failure due to missing of reference files.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere doesn't support manual intervention(Like Work fusion), it should give some functionality in its coming upgrades. Also, sometimes control room take some time to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere we work on multiple areas i.e. Web browser, excel, etc. Mostly we are into process automation, so we are automating the manual process. Benefits in the sense it help to educe the manual errors, cost & time to do same repetitive work.

Automation Anywhere is good software to do the process automation with good training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Client and CR are same in the A360 version, which gets differentiated by license, which was not the case in older version .
Also, it is packaged-based as well. If any issue with the package, we can always roll back to the previous version or the latest version to avoid breaking of code.

What do you dislike about the product?
While deploying the bot, it takes time to download packages the first time, which was not the case in v11. It will be difficult for developers to understand if they move from v11 to A360 versions. And when copying the code from one task to another, it is dependent on packages versions which require ensuring the performances of the packages are identical in bot task and then copy. But in v11, this was not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving use cases involved in logistics, pharma , HR ,finance department , information and anlaytics department , health care department , service now , sap , banking use cases

It's easy to use and understand . With know any scripting language will be cherry on the cake

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is useful to kpmg to continue securing the customers and show that we are the clear choice, with AT & T has helped us achieve the objectives of generating massive savings over the last 2 years
The easy thing that adapts to the different types of software to automate it, besides that if some component is missing it is easy to integrate them by creating DLLs or scripts on the outside and AA has no problems executing them to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to detect text only in English because the tool has a global impact and there are different languages.
The little documentation widely explained on how to raise a server farm, this is to document the local computer security department with the aim of finding the necessary permissions to have the total functions activated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The response time has been improved in some procedures, in others the accuracy with which important data is loaded in areas of finance, support, and human resources has been improved.

Great Learning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great learning tools and very informative. AA really comes in handy with those tasks that others deem mundane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some videos were too long but did not show the demonstrations all the way through. Also, there were a few broken links for videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating daily processes that have become redundant and tedious. I build bots to help navigate through certain software and Windows systems.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are the features built into IQ bot as well as the PDF capture module whereby I can capture a number of fields in one line that in other tools, would require and entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I can do in UiPath, such as extend or customize common activities using VB.NET that do not appear to be available in AA. So, what might be one activity for string manipulation in UiPath becomes to steps in AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting Invoices to CSV for upload into other systems was the first business objective and it has worked brilliantly. I am extremely please with the product and quality of the community edition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depends on implementation but would recommend that you start small and grow into automation rather than license a lot up front. Now that AA has a community edition, you can do this easily and affordably where it was not possible prior to the AA CE launch and the only choice on market was UIPath.

I dislike the interface while developing the process it looks very small on screen. some times for large projects it is some what difficult to see required command

Automation anywhere is quite good and highly secure and provides good technical support with reasonable cost just try it once I advice every RPA project just use it once serious loves it

The best part about AA is that the UI is very user friendly and self explanatory. Even a business user can easily design and develop a process
