What do you like best about the product?
in the program the ease with which you can program from a button to call a task or enter a metabot, in addition to all the tools are very intuitive with the integration of internet explorer download files take tables is very simple, anyone with knowledge Basics can develop since the tool allows easy understanding, connect with databases run querys in a very fast way integrate with 100% recommended documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the time of developing the program, it runs very well, however, when some time elapses, the configurations of object cloning can be lost, making errors in the execution and therefore the closing of the software, it also limits a bit at the time of program with pages that do not have compatibility with internet explorer and execution times when queries in excel documents are very heavy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive actions from day to day such as sending emails, modifying
or download files access pages or run querys in databases, we can perform information queries from terminals program the start or shutdown of any operation and without the need to be present, update tasks and upload them to the repository a very complete tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend expanding more in the development part because if the tools are good, sometimes one becomes stuck with the software requirements that the AA tool can not support when there are large volumes of information or when the tests are very repetitive and in addition this long the program may be stuck or exhaust the computer's memory

Monotonous tasks within the client's architecture i.e. task re-execution, repetitive task automation, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider other tools like Blue Prism as well, of course this is user friendly to start off but I believe BP has more developer centric features
Repetative task has been taken care by bots and it's gives us full control on Business Process

Liked the AA Bot Store, with the help of that it's very simple to integrate bots with different tools and also even easy to achieve full automation on business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it's took longer time to record with Web Recorder and Accuracy is less. It's not capturing all the data and artifacts properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefited with the Deploy the Bot for monitoring Application health check. It's check and send notification for every failure transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
OCR, Files, excel related tasks are simply awesome and did not through an errors while running jobs. Exception handling is super as per my logic with Automation Anywhere tool. I completely automated task and details information about where exactly got struck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website related tasks, drop downs and tree nodes need to improve more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main business will be fall into effect due to some failed runs. It should be more investigate needed in some commands like object cloning and if any resolution changes in captured screens. Should find some other ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I worked in automation anywhere to create a bot, and its functionality like drag and drop to make a Bot is fantastic. It's useful for non-programming background people also to use this tool to develop the process.
It is also good to automate the process and use automation anywhere control room to schedule the bot according to our requirements.
Using this tool, we can integrate a programing language to make an additional feature and make a bot's accuracy is higher.
Using automation anywhere Bot insights features, we can see the bot performance and graphical user representation of the bot performance.

Till now, I am automating more than 4 process using automation anywhere and i feel like no difficulties i faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating repetitive task like Hr Manual feeling form and submitting in portal after automating the process it will take less than 1/4 time to process the same task. so its fantastic to use automation anywhere to automate our process. thanks AA team to giving so much user friendly UI to develop a BOT.

You can automate your repetitive task using this tool and also integrate multiple languages like java, python, and machine learning to creating a more efficient bot to analyze the whole process smoothly and giving more accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere enables regular (not particularly technical) business people to design and record their own Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots. After recording your bot using a simple 'recorder', you can finesse it using simple drag and drop coding options. The basic development process is not rocket science, just a series of simple, logical, steps. I think that almost anyone can get the hang of the basics of this technology. I like IQ Bot and Cognitive Automation the best, as it will change the way we do business forever,.
What do you dislike about the product?
All Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology is still improving rapidly, so there is alway room for improvement. In the past I disliked the lack of Citrix compatibility but those issues are mostly resolved now. I look forward to IQ Bot becoming more affordable, as Cognitive bots will change the way we do business in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick, Intuitive and Robust Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere's UI and process flow presentation is much cleaner and streamlined than other tools I've used. This is coming from someone who is used to looking at lines of code rather than the flowchart approach taken by other automation software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the way the code is presented as line-by-line code, I do wish there were options to add spacing and formatting similar to traditional coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Automation Anywhere to automate solutions of varying complexity for about a year. The tool allows me to track down issues quickly to provide responsive fixes/updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you come from a traditional programming background, the process flow and overall presentation will be easier to get familiar with than some other tools. Integrating your own code and scripts is also very easy and straight forward. There are some issues here, but it seems they are providing QOL changes over time.
