What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best applications for automating the manual process by using automation anywhere application we can automate both Web and windows application there are a lot of commands that we can use to automate the process object cloning is the best command in the Automation anywhere application we do email automation also which is very useful we can connect to FTP or sFTP also using automation anywhere tool and we can build meta bots and IQ bots also using automation anywhere tool using control room we can control all the bots very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
automation anywhere is the best application for web automation but we face few issues in Citrix automation it is bit difficult other than this there is no issue overall it is a very good application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere tool helped me automate a few of my repetitive manual job which intern saved my lot of time and money very helpfull application

We use it to deploy our software bots and that portion of it works very well in our environment

Although it may have enterprise features, it sometimes lags if expanded to our whole organization, so we limit it to a subsection within the organization to not have any delays.

We use this for our marketing department to provide end to end processes deployed through software bots

What do you like best about the product?
The AI Augmented Feature is very good and helpful while automating the Process. Real time Analytics and Business intelligence in the tool is very convenient for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a Script based RPA Tool. The user should have the programming skills inorder to develop and automate using this this tool.
Automation in the Citrix environment is difficult in Automation Anywhere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the report generation of tickets from HP Service Manager. The manual process of generating the report consumed lot of time and effort. By using Automation Anywhere tool we completely automated the process. We are now able to generate the report of Incidents assigned to User in a single click.

Need to have a basic coding knowledge and programming skill before you start working in Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to use and understand the exist code. Drag and drop commands are user friendly. AA Materials are very useful to developers for learning new things. AA Deployment is very simple and its performing as well. AA dashboard is very useful to analysis the bot performance and monitor the bot activity from control room itself. Notification Emails are incorporate to our process. AA Support Exports are knowledgeable and guide us to resolve the bugs if we are in struggle. We are worked as the agile methodology to develop the process. Meta bots are very helpful to work on the offline stage. Attended and unattended BOTs are flexible and useful to our client requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
we need the Multiple datatypes for wok on the complex process. Filter the array variables in the task file. We need the more data types in work flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is enforced to call the java script textboxes and functions from task file using web manage control. IQ Bot is the most cognitive idea to extract the files (word, PDF, Scanned document) and return as csv format.

What do you like best about the product?
Classification of bots and command library is helpful. Automation Anywhere LMS lead us in a correct path. Object cloning is much easier and helpful. The web control room is easy to access and more detailed. The way they connected web control room and the bot is more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Variable manager structure in Automation Anywhere Enterprise. Working with OCR is a little tricky but IQ bot is good and smart.

Automation Anywhere is helping us to automate the repeated task in our office
