I am working on RPA since long now.I just have one word for it as it's awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
I have started my career as python developer and then I got know about AA.Actually it's difficult to say one best thing but I would say Control Room is best part that I have liked the most in AA where I can handle the execution of all applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the plugin available in the market could be handwritten that will be better to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am leading the team of 35 members.We all were following all the repitative task to get the information from our tools.When I have done the certification of AA I have created a bot to automate that task and see now I have saved almost 60 mins of each Team member and we almost save cost of 2 team members.Thanks to AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best purpose to refer AA to others is we need not to write whole code manually which helps others a lot.Bascially to those who don't like programing
Ill recommend this course as useful for everyone to step into new technology.

I like the smart recorder functionality of the Automation Anywhere, which is used for data scrapping in the case of web and windows automation
In all the RPA tools, the automation anywhere has the best feature of IQ bot, which uses the Machine Learning algorithms to identify the pattern of the process.
IQ bot is used to process both the semi-structured(like JSON files) and unstructured data (like image files).
With the current version of the Enterprise - A2019, we have better features like RBAC(Role-Based Access Control), we can expect much safe and secured development of the bots

With the recent A2019 AA product, most of it's limitation has been removed as of now. It has very good UI compared to earlier versions. Also, with the cloud integrations, RPA as service is hosted just like any SAAS product, and we can easily use the software from any browser and we don't need to install any extra software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate repetitive and manual tasks like data entry, excel based operations, Web UI automation, Desktop automation, and OCR-related automations.
We have encountered better performance of bots, costs, and time savings after using this product.

I like its built-in activities that facilitate development, also its extensibility through bots, and that way I can expand the command library; it has many fast-running features and integration with other tools.

A good product at a high price that is the cost, I wish it had been a cheaper price, especially the price of assisted robots.

It depends on how we use the product. Few people telling product is not good. But as per my experience lot of projects earning millions by using this Automation Anywhere tool.

Mostly worked on integrating SAP production, worked on multiple Transaction codes.... fetching data from SAP, create Credit and Debit memos, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It has it's own language with drag and drop commands which makes it reliable to use for new users. Also, variety of commands covered by AA, ability to integrate machine learning through metabots and compatibility with maximum applications and platforms make Automation Anywhere unique with reasonable price point.

Restrictive usability of OCR which could be improved to handle hadwritten PDFs. Implementation of AA control room can be headache.

The best thing about this tool are its functionalities and above all its ease of use, and the important benefits for companies trying to scale through automation in various areas. It's so easy to use that everyone can learn and implement quickly with less coding and automate tasks with ease.

We had some issues with custom automation, but it was nothing to write home about, and we were able to resolve them.

Save time while developing the automation script, we created a workflow and automate invoices and emails, and we don't have to worry much about the coding part.

I recommend it because you don't need to have the experience to use it- So if you are a newbie in the field, give this RPA a try, and you will see that it is very easy.

AA is robust and flexible, I have no limits on the font functions and the packages I can include.

The web support could be better, sometimes I have problems with the recorder and the answers are not assertive
