What do you like best about the product?
I don't have an idea with RPA but Automation Anywhere helps me understand how it works and what I can do. Even though I'm not involved in any RPA projects, automating my every day task would help not just me but also my teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compare to other RPA tools, some features of AA is not that advance and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized that automating repetitive tasks could save my time which I can use for other productive task.

If you don't have any idea on how RPA works, Automation Anywhere is the best tool to help you understand how to create and manage RPAs.

Lack of debug option to understand where the error persist.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to automate repetitive report works and emails which are sent daily and this has reduced an ample amount of time to concentrate on other activities which cannot be automated.
Easy to learn and use, and truly an Enterprise-ready RPA
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of resources created for Automation Anywhere. You can just search on Youtube or Google and most of the time you can easily get answers. Thus it is easy to learn. To use it also as simple as drag and drop. You don't need any programming skills to know how to use it, but if you have the knowledge already then it will make it much easier to learn. It also supports an object-oriented style of doing the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are still lacking for advanced stuff like advance data scraping. Although the current tools can still do a bit of data scraping but not for data that have a complicated structure/format.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems I solved are business processes for a company. Currently using AA, there are almost no business processes that it can't do.
The bundle with Control Room really gives the edge compare with other RPA tools. This is truly an Enterprise-ready RPA.
It also supports a modular approach for business processes since it supports an object-oriented style of doing the automation.

Try to search on Google or Youtube and you will find there are a lot of resources already created by the community to help you understand Automation Anywhere. You will learn to love the simplicity of the design compared to other RPA tools which mostly are not non-programmer friendly.

One of the best RPA tool which can automate all kinds of machines. It saved lot of time and effort.
Excel automation thing was simply superb where data from website needs to be updated in excel which involves human interaction but with AA it became easier and now I don’t need to manually do the tasks.
Migrating MySQL data to mongo was also made possible by AA

What do you like best about the product?
One of the requirements for RPA is a structured data. With this, companies tend to purchase another software such as abbyy flexicapture or if not, mark the process as not feasible for automation. But with Automation Anywhere's IQ Bot, you will no longer need to purchase another tool as it can bring structure to unstructured data.
I also love how it easy to create task bots with the help of the recordings. You can also leverage the use of the image recognition for web elements that don't have a static id or web element id.

One thing i dislike is the lack of shortcut keys when creating task bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate an end-to-end procurement (p2p) for a certain company. From gathering and classifying the requests from ServiceNow to making the procurement and updating the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I can say that Automation Anywhere is one of the most user-friendly RPA tool. If you're just starting your RPA journey, this is one of the best tools to start. AA have more than 500 commands on its command library which are usually enough for an automation development set-up. Unlike other RPA tools that I've used, you need to download the package/DLL in order to add an activity/command.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike in Automation Anywhere is that you need to purchase both Control Room and the Development Studio (IDE). To compare it with UiPath, you have the option to purchase development studio only and it's Control Room (Orchestrator) is separate.

Automation Anywhere help me provide faster automation especially on Excel and Database automation to our clients.

The concept of data table should be added for excel data.
I mean storing data in tabular format datatype.
Also add system variable to interate the node value in xml.

I used Run excel macro and much more about excel action.

I'm having problems with running bots in stealth mode, though this may be fixed in future updates.

Repetitive tasks that doesn't need complicated decision making processes. My time working on those was shortened significantly

this is best bot creator to handle desktop application automatically.it will show graphs to analyze the performance.. so its best for accuracy and reduce manpower work..whoever good in scripting language he can handle very well commands of this tool.

many older browsers are not supportable. this tools has some problem with google chrome... and so many commands are not supportable.complex data types are not availabel.read/write excel is not that much convinent.more mail commands are not availabel.

WE created one bot to resolve timesheet related problem ... sending the reminders to all employee with the help of BOT. to centralize job batch scheduling
