Best in class drag and drop based automation engine

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use drag and drop ui which allows you to create the complex automation scripts in fraction of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features of the app should be in one centralized place two three modules of the application are there which sometimes cause issue for the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making the smart automation from office 365 and monitering the processes Automation Anywhere has done miracle for us its smart workflow are doing work of 3 monitering staff and has took the office 365 nofitcations and automation to a next level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If someone feels that creating the automation script is huge task i recommend them using Automation Anywhere so they know that how much easy it is.

What do you like best about the product?
A2019, which is next generation RPA tool where a bot can be developed anywhere, anytime. Bots can be controlled/managed within a minute without logging to system which opens doors for IAAS in RPA. Super move by Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. As you are consistently improving.
There is a drastic change from v11 to A2019 which makes people in dilemma whether to adopt to it or not.
Anyway change is neccesary at some point of time.
Looking for stable version and more features in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving business hours, time. Not to say Money.
Mundane tasks are working 24x7 witj Automation Anywhere
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Performance related features as bots are running 24x7, legacy applications may face performace related issues in long run. if you can include them upcoming versions the more dominance you are.

What do you like best about the product?
it can collaborate with any kind of application to make it automate, like universal access.
What do you dislike about the product?
very short time of free professional certificate for those who wants to complete the same. it should be open for a quarter twice in a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A whole RPA process for a project. Take 8 FTE benefit.

Easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere since Dec 2015. It is easy to learn, keep on updating extra features to do the undoable things are great. It's very easy to interact with excel stuffs (macro), PDF's and database connection. Exception handling is the best part which has (screen shot, sending email, error log, run another task and variable assignment's are extraordinary).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good to add some more string operation. (Removing enter from string). changing date format as required (mm/dd/yyyy). Even it's small formatting we are using macro to do that. It would be really helpful if you add this features in AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA has the features of queue method which is really helpful, and it's very easy to split the input in CR for complete our task easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It's really help you reduce your time do the huge task.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and understand.Very user friendly tool.
Web recorder have all the capabilities and features to perform all web scrapping activities and it works flawlessly on internet explorer.
Citrix hotel is very much helpful for using remote desktop.
AA2019 comes with all necessary excel commands which is very helpful in working for each excel activities that are performed manually by any user.
And also there is several Trigger functionalities that are not available in other tools in the market.
The bot insight feature is great it helps leadership in identifying the ROI for particular projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk edit feature is not available for various commands which is required.
Object cloning command should be impoverished to have a 100% reliable report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are various problems related to our client which includes their day to day operational process and also the trackers they maintain for assigning work. It provides faster execution with low risk of having any errors and better opportunity for utilising the FTEs.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the AA tool is IQ-bot. And the result for IQ-Bot is surprisingly good even with limitations of various factors like quality of PDF document and different layouts
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the components is Object cloning is not that effective in the ServiceNow web application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated a few of the financial reconciliation manual processes and some of the payment processes for clients

Automate Anything Anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
I like the User Interface in the latest version of CRA and Client of AA. Latest Features of AA Client and CRA are Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till so far i don't have anything to which i can comment on disadvantage/limitation of AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the business process/ Tasks which needs to be automated for avoiding repetitive things and for reuse the tasks using just on a single button click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to ask others to try automation anywhere to automate any process. It is very user friendly. If i say about the BOT POCs which are getting created through the AA are Task BOTS, MetaBOTs, IQ BOT or cognitive automation bots.
It gives me options while automating any manual task for which i can use any specific bot from available 3 of the bots.
IQ bot is the best till now which uses AI and ML for self learning and implementing the unstructured data into structured one.
MetaBOT is also very unique bot which is a blueprint of any Task.
In comparision to other automation tools i found automation anywhere the BEST

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Automation Anywhere from the past 5 years. In my tenure with Deloitte, Automation anywhere has helped us automate and streamline the entire 'operate model' for the client. Right from receiving tickets in Service now to handling the excel files as per the predefined format and then sending it to the client as per his input requirement, Automation Anywhere has helped us in everything. It was like experiencing excel macros on a very heavy dose. The team has been using the product on a lot of other automation activities as well.
Very pleased with the product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this moment that is not likable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Client deliverables right from Service Now ticketing to automating configuration related excel sheets required by the client

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that Automation Anywhere is a great tool, and good support for any issue or help by AA – support team.
Interface - User friendly, Quick learning, Easy to use, applicable for all type of application, timely support
What do you dislike about the product?
For complex functionality/Process - Need more detail documentation for learning purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For CMT Domain, Ease to achieve using AA - all real time order placements in telecom and network creation for the real/dummy purpose which is really critical.
For automation Task in the Telecom with all repetitive, rules-based activities process/Citrix process.
Easy - For FTP based Business to Business(B2B) processes which all based on XML’s nodes and validations, (We used AA for our telecom B2B based process).
