It was a fantastic experience working with fast , stable and wider scope tool .
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere's capability to interact with multiple platforms along with its capability of cognitive and artificial intelligence make it unique and perfect solution . Also , it helps a lot in sectors like Insurance which includes various line of businesses like policy center , claim center and billing center . It also provides bots by virtue of which platforms like salesforce , microsoft applications can be automated
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation process can be made much simplier . I was required to go through lots of documention for the installation . A video explaining all the steps that are part of the installation process can help a lot .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on the onboarding process in siebel as it is too repetitive . Also , We have used for different process related to the insurance like policy center , claim center and billing center . Thus , saving a lot of human effort and time , that helped a lot in increasing productivity .

Fantastic platform for automation of the tasks that includes too much of repetitiveness. Also,the support provided by automation anywhere team is great.Can be very useful in automating web applications like guidewire

What do you like best about the product?
Before when we switch to this tool there was common practice to write repetitive code again and again. But once when we switch to this with help to script only repetitive code is avoided which saves much resources.
Without knowing any programming language we can use the product.
Using there we can avoid many human error.
With this the transaction speed is also increased so that we can save both time and cost.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support Automation Anywhere for Virtual machine is not present as i have tried to use on VM but it was not supported. So maybe in upcoming day i would really like to see these feature.
Team need to improve the debugging tools. Sometimes while creating bot , sometimes it does not upload on control room so if development team takes care it will be good.

Generally I used Automation Anywhere for bot designing. Nowadays I am leaning AISense for automation of complex applications.
Meta Bot is really helpful for solving Many complex problem and the ease of using it was at another level.
With the use of task bot also repetitive task can be taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about AA is the Metabot, we can now reuse functions in Automation Anywhere. Support are easy to contact and very responsive when I have questions. The workflow recorder is really helpful as well to non technical users and beginners to automation platforms specially automation anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It's difficult to debug (step by step debugging), less functions for excel automation,the development is linear, flowchart type for development will be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial processes in our company, we have simplified process and replace a lot of FTEs, we also use it for admin tasks to simplify repetitive processes, we replace FTEs and assign them to more complex tasks.I have used AA in IE application/website automation as well. AA helps the businesses save FTEs and the employees can focus more on other work that needs more time and adds value to the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Flowchart type of development and easier debugging would be helpful, more excel functions should be added as it is needed in the financial services mostly that are being automated by our company.

Well, Automation Anywhere is simply the best. Ease of using it's all the component is superb. First of all learning the tool is very easy and the availability of the training courses and documents make it further easier to learn it. Doing practical with the tool is also superb.

Configuration of Control Room is little bit complex

All repetitive processes are being automated. Achieved a significant reduction in SLA.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the features of Automation Anywhere tool like IQbot and Metabot. When i was going through the PDF it made me more interesting and help me to understand. It is a Platform that digitize our work . Being Automation anywhere it also improves customer experience & boost Customer confident. It makes the work more simple to the workforce as it does the same work which man do like Copy & Paste,Navigating etc. This PDF or course gave a clear picture about Automation Anywhere.

A few terms was difficult to understand and i felt the PDF may contain few more question to be answered Because all the Questions were making me understand it in a effective way. Few Jonour were used which i felt that its can be used in simple language. In the initial stage of automation anywhere its will b difficult for the employees to handle it, this can even effect the organization. Its a lengthy and Learning process .

It can reduce employee cost and it is effective for user to improve. It helped me to understand automation anywhere in a better way. The most important problem which i over come was how it works in a big organization, this PDF has gave my many knowledge & ideas about it. It helps us even in a small thing which we regularly do in our work ..

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using the Automation Anywhere tool from last year and I do have good knowledge on other tools like UI PATH and Blue Prism, out of these three Automation Anywhere is the best and best tool ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the earlier version we face difficulties to run the Python script and now in the latest A2019 it got implemented we are really happy for that. So no dislikes.

We are automating all the business activities, BPO processes, SAP data inbounds.
