Powerful RPA Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the most powerful RPA tool. It is completely user friendly and easy to learn. There is no need of coding knowledge. But anyone can easily learn the tool within short span of time. I was thinking to learn something in short span but analyzed various tools not able to purchase and use. This tool help us since we are having community edition,
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, There is no dislike things, Tool is not used full fledge. One suggestion is, if we have any sample code template or each component user flows by default, which will help to user to understand more efficiently and quickly implementation to apply and use in real time world. BOT creation currently using in public forum. Similar to the community edition installation on individual laptop, if the BOT is creating in local machine. then that would be more helpful to get experience and implement the automation stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us to automate the regular day to day repeated activity which is really helpful and saving lot of time. BOT is initiated the code package and deploy into BOT in user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease to learn and quickly understand the process. Ease to install the tool and manage. There is no performance impact of the system. Some of other tools when we install. Machine performance will go down and it is tough to use for normal activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Most interestingly i like in AA is working with Meta Bots and later working with control room. It makes challenging while working with those activities. All the activities are easily understandable and easy use.

I feel it is good to have forum/community to discuss about AA and now it is available. So there is nothing to dislike this RPA platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly worked with web browser like extracting data tables, updating the data and storing them either in excel or database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good to use and there is a wide space to explore things in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation.
Helped automate my manual MIS process
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has made by life easier & is very easy to use. I wanted to automate my monthly MIS report which is circulated to the management. It earlier took me 1 full day to complete the MIS but now the same work is done by the bot in less than 30 minutes. Automation Anywhere has lot of different features to address all of the different pain points I had while creating the MIS like taking different input sources, validation of the data and finally updating the template in various combinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some amount of time to get used to the User Interface of Automation Anywhere. they should probably improve their UI and make it simpler for even non-programmers to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to automate my monthly MIS report which is circulated to the management. It earlier took me 1 full day to complete the MIS but now the same work is done by the bot in less than 30 minutes. This involved collecting inputs from different sources, validation of data and updating the template to prepare the MIS report. After automation, I have easily saved 12 man-days of effort in an year and this is just the start. I now plan to automate all of my rule based activities so that my work life is free from chaos and stress.

Automation Anywhere is very easy to setup. You can easily take the course and get started with automating simple tasks on your own.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a scripting yet drag and drop tool like other RPA technologies. It has features which are beneficial and essential when automating a process - I like that excel and web manipulations are easy to build. Process and error logs are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging a bot is kind-of-a-hassle in Automation Anywhere. Unlike other tools where I can step in or over a task, in AA I cannot so I have to declare variables per task when testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently created robots that uses web and excel manipulations - object cloning can save you a lot of time as it captures a lot of search criteria so whenever a field or object moves, I can use the HTML ID or name instead of the path or domxpath.

I loved about how there are user interaction slides which surely helped me to get the practical experience I needed for every concept.

As per my observation, I haven't anything that negative to describe it as downfall of AA

It helped us to automate very basic mundane tasks in our project. It increased our productivity, less time effort, team efforts reduction etc;
Awesome experience. Came across capability of AA to automate different area redundent work.

Meta bot are the best feature AA has provided. With this you can automate without having access to application. And the ability to create not available functionality by using dll adding feature.

Nothing at the moment. SInce in learning and evaluation phase.

Biggest disruption after the introduction of Computers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Automation Anywhere RPA tool is that the jobs which were considered to be of educated class or the esteemed white-collar jobs can also be automated. Being associated with a process automation company, I used to believe that automation is only there for reducing the efforts of machine operators or grass root level operators only, but I was wrong. Now with the help of this tool, we can indulge our executives in the real brainstorming jobs for which they were hired. I believe that this is the biggest disruption in the industry after the introduction of computers in the 90s.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very little things that I disliked about this platform. But the things to mention can be, cost. I think to disrupt the market on a large scale level, the cost of product should be kept a bit lower. India is a country of small scale industries and to be a leader here this product should be available in a slightly lower price then it is available currently. Or we can think of an alternative like leasing a product to people for trail at a slightly lower price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the efforts of our HR department in salary processing. This work is a monthly effort that occupies our HR for a week at the end of every month. We were able to process all this same work in just two days with this RPA tool. Also we are using this tool for our pre-sales team for gathering the data of our potential clients. We have been able to reach new clients from various industries with the help of this.

I would highly recommend AA enterprise for any organization looking to use their people to the full utilization.

yeah, I'm seeking to increase the font size in AAE. it will help to see clearly each and every bit.hope to get this option in AAE

Mostly I worked with excel & pdf operations fetching the data and manipulating data from SQL in AAE
