What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is a free community edition which has most of the features enables is awesome. Lots of things can be automated using this one tool. We can also create DLL files to automate things even more. A must use tool if your primarily work with excel sheets. Data parsing between XML and Excel is also mind blowing
What do you dislike about the product?
No seamless support for browsers other than internet explorer. Even though it works smoothly with internet explorer, when we talk about automating test cases for web applications, the support for internet explorer on modern websites is reducing day by day. We cannot fully test a website using only Internet explorer, Even though there are extensions available for Chrome and Firefox it always causes some issue or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using it to create test cases. Using it to parse Excel sheets to manipulate or convert data from one form to another in order to reduce human intervention, Also using it when i have to parse XML data onto the excel sheet

If youre looking for a centralized automation tool, you're in the right place. Even with community edition it has made my life simpler, just imagine what wonders you could do with the enterprise edition

What do you like best about the product?
Moving between applications to perform specific actions is a common activity. Employees must constantly switch between multiple systems to complete a particular task in an automated process. Possibly the applications the employees are working with did not have an API available to integrate with or a complete integration was not justified to reduce the employees’ manual work. Manual tasks could include actions such as data entry, searching, copy and pasting, or pulling together reports from different places.
RPA technology helps fill in these types of gaps in a BPM process, allowing organizations to achieve an even higher level of efficiency that may not have been as possible before. Existing systems remain in place, where bots would perform the monotonous actions a person would typically need to perform. Once the bot has completed its task, BPM can take over, pushing follow-up actions and results to the employee to complete or review. Offloading time-consuming, repetitive tasks to bots as part of a BPM solution will help enable employees better focus their talents on more productive work only they can do.

ROBOTS can end up slowing down a process. There are different IT application systems whenever a single system goes down, the entire process will grind to a screeching halt. Since the bots are crossing back and forth between systems, they will be unable to complete the rest of the process until the affected software is back up.

Automation anywhere is tool to build the bot for automation process. by using this tool we can integrate with the other tool or technology. so many inbuild commands are there if any commands not there then we can handle through script.This platform is easiest to use, supports to avoid complexity and ensures fast adoption & rapid deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex data type of variables is not availabel.Google chrome is not proper supportable. older browser is not supportable.if you are not good in scripting level then for complex programming we will face so many problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if employees will not fill the timesheet then management will send everytime reminder mails.. so we created one bot for to send them reminder these are days you haven filled timesheet , so please fill it. so it will greatful to send them everyone.

to work indepedantly and reduce man power work, more accuracy. bot will help to connect with integrate with tools and technology. so many commands we can handle through commands.according cost wise also it will be helpful.

I like the Files/Folders command.
It include variety of sub commands, they are all up to the mark and I have used open file sub command mostly in my project.

Sometime keystroke working absolutely fine but in some cases it miss out due to application delay and to overcome that I have to used delay between it and it is not recommended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used static counter loops to solve the 2048 game by using keystrokes and it work fine.

What do you like best about the product?
Without having much coding experience, It is easy to learn. After completing all the training provided on the official website, I am able to develop and execute bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of environment dependency. The same bot is failed or completed.
Hope these dependencies on the environment like screen resolution, zoom level etc may be resolved in future.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the cutting edge technology in the RPA industry. It is easy to learn and implement. A large number of courses are available in Automation Anywhere University. Unlike other RPA tools, AA allows the users to calculate the ROI in the application itself. This ROI calculation is very useful for the industries to check if RPA can bring a positive impact on their business. From the developer perspective, the use of meta bots is very useful and appreciable when compared to other RPA tools. The use of external DLLs and scripts strengthens the automation workflows even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere studio and robots are easy to implement. However, it requires a quite amount of programming logic. Not all users can understand the studio completely. Meta bot logics can only be implemented by users with minimum programming knowledge and technical background. But once it is learned it is very beneficial and easy.

Automation anywhere has been used in Automations involving excel, pdf, email, and web.
One of the use cases was to identify the type of email content received from buyers based on keyword and redirecting it to corresponding departments. The automated workflow was time-saving and reliable.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools in the RPA space. For AI, OCR, and web automation no other tools can give the accuracy of AA. Automation Anywhere is now providing an enterprise trial version studio for 60 days trails, which makes it easy to learn and then use for industrial purposes. The web control room of AA is a secured platform for monitoring and handling robots. Also, it ensures wide scalability.

Currently AA launch Web version of Automation that really i like.
