All in one - Easy yet efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of coding and automating the process is something really attractive. Also the automation is very fast when done by AA. Addition to this the new upgrades are something which adds to willingness to use Automation Anywhere. Automation anywhere comes with new features and keeps on upgrading itself which is something keeps developers and client engaged. Moreover with A2019/A360 now, entire on cloud application and AI incorporated is something Inspiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few the things are missing and would recommend AA is to add is Automation Anywhere Framework as this will fasten up development time. Addition to this I would like to see more features in the Automation Anywhere Comunity Edition, as students and small scale companies refrain themselves from using AA for the same. Due to this they preffer free avialable tools to be used indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several lengthy processes has been automated, which indeed let people utilize time for better things. Along with the small processes which were off time and still kept a recorce enggaged were benfited quite a lot. I have automated several processes in several domains naming HR, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare along with several in house processes. Some processes which were not much complex yet kept a resource engaged was automated letting that resource to be utilized in more efficient way,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep on enhancing skills along with upgraded Automation Anywhere versions and new A2019. As this is going to be the future of RPA. Always keep up do date with the services. A2019 is cloud based with almost zero installation on premise, hence can be utilized for individual. Keep exploring and keep growing.

1. when new variable is added, need to quick map again
2. if there is any unused variable, no indication is given to remove unused variables
3. number of DLLs should be increased
4.excel operations are bit difficult to perform. VB scripts are much stable for excel operations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was getting black screenshots while running Bot in an unattended mode. This happens because VDI GUI gets disconnected after certain amount of time. We used NoSleep vb script I (it will press refresh key in the background) and keep VDI GUI busy. Now my bot is running successfully in unattended mode.

What do you like best about the product?
I felt Automation anywhere is one of the best RPA tool in the market which is having good cognitive abilities and lot of features which you can't find in other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's little uncomfortable to use multiple bots like taskbot,metabot and iqbot all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm yet to explore and work on realtime projects , but apart from that I could see a lot of potential with IQ Bot and Object cloning.

What do you like best about the product?
The inclusion of metabot from AA 10.x it is getting better after every release. Helped me to automate a process related to Adobe editor with ease within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
PDF extraction of AA9 was much better, very buggy in inconsistent result in AA 10.x. It is not better in AA11 but still not as perfect as AA9

Almost 12 FTEs released in an year using my projects. helped me to automate these process in less time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbuilt feature of wait is helping developing the statble automated process. Meta bots are providing the pace to Web automation and object cloning. Developers gets the commands easily and deploy the automation instantly.

Excel and outlook features are not resent in all aspects in AA version 11.0

Process Automation in financial and banking domain. Business applications used are SAP, MS Office, Web applications.

Automation Anywhere 2019 has enhaced features added compaired to earlier version of V11. Would suggest to alteast use the free trial and open the road of automation across platorms in this Automation era.

AA is the most user friendly RPA tool in the market. It's capturing capability is far superior than any other RPA tool in the market.
Unlike its competitors, AA spends money more on R&D rather than spending on marketing.

Nothing basically. Since I live in Turkey, I can complain about it doesn't have an interface in Turkish. However, it is not really a big deal because it can capture Turkish too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates manual tasks easily with its user friendly interface and tools. It requires very short time to learn how to use the tool. You can go live in couple of days.

Automation anywhere is very easy to learn compare to other RPA tools, and its easy to use no need much coding and all,in Automation anywhere very useful to inbuilt variables , inbuilt activity's its very helpful to do use cases ,and easy to record the task web recording,desktop recording, smart recording,its very help to do task very easy through recording,and next run scripting code and easy to in automation anywhere next more most important meta bot repeated task to do in meta bot its easy to use to task we can use this repeated task meta bot , for using automation anywhere easy ,faster way to use and understand and build the robots, its help reduse the effort of manual save times and give accrual result of task it will help the cost saving less cost more results will get through automation anywhere, human can do work 5 hours of time through automation anywhere robot will do with minutes of that task with accrual work efficiency so it will save the manual efforts and save the money also this best most important to automation anywhere.

Automation anywhere most of the times its not support to the chrome browser this one main dis advantages most of the website and users use only chrome that time automation anywhere not support the chrome ,and bulk of data in excel to copy and update the data into another excel its take time, compare to other tools its bit slow, this is one main .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through automation anywhere i developed task mail monitoring , Developed SAP login part, copy data from one excel to another excel and update the excel, it will help lot for me save the times to mail monitoring and compare the data from one excel to another excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere studio and robots are easy to implement. However, it requires a quite amount of programming logic. Not all users can understand the studio completely. Meta bot logics can only be implemented by users with minimum programming knowledge and technical background. But once it is learned it is very beneficial and easy.

Each and every topic is expained in details with some hands-on activity and knowleddge check, which helped us to know ourself.We are clear with almost every command in Automation anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please include overall test at the end of AA completion which help us to recall all the topics, also include more questions in knowledge check and more hands-on activity which will help us to gain more knowledge.

we have raised a ticket for 2-3 issue with AA, as of now we got the solution for 1 (i,e extracting time data type was getting general value using excel.AA suggested to csv to extract time value)
