What do you like best about the product?
Ease of authoring BOTs in Automation Anywhere client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all latest web technologies are fully supported, making us scale back to keystroke controls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lengthy and exhaustive manual labor in month end period close and audit kind of activities helped save non value added manual labor
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Validate that the primary ERP / application where the most cost saving is likely to occur can be fully driven by Automation anywhere BOTs
A product that works and a very responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
We have deployed automations with minimum effort. The product does what is advertised well and is very stable with no outages to report. The AA team has been engaged and responsive throughout, both in terms of problem-solving and to help us mature the platform

The upgrade to v11 could have been easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing manual tasks in various operations teams, which reduces OPEX and allows staff to focus on more productive tasks

Choose what to automate wisely. In some cases system integrations may be more appropriate. Also poorly designed processes may limit the benefits of automation.

Should be able to declare global Variables for a given process
work queue managament should have been dynamic, rather than uploading an excel file manully

What sets AA Apart from its competitors is the Product Road map and their support team

AA v 10.5 seriously lacks few key features like Q mechanism compared to other Vendors

By Automating highly manual and repetitive tasks we were able to free up human resources to focus on things which add more value to the business we are in

Audit trail should be more improvised .
