    Security Concerns and Integration Challenges

    Reviewed on Jun 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I think the 360-degree or overall overview is really nicely set up, and I find integrating with Outlook particularly strong. It also integrates well with the core systems of the bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed just odd simple, running of schemas or other components that sometimes happens in data that is unexpected. This behavior takes sometimes a week to solve. That saw a big decline in the liability to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation for orchestrating emails, handling data from various boxes efficiently.

Automation has reduced manual errors and has streamlined data entry and invoice processing

    Reviewed on Jun 10, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I usually use Automation Anywhere in automating most of my work; for example, entering data, processing invoices, and generating reports automatically.

    What is most valuable?

What I appreciate most about Automation Anywhere is that it really saves time and reduces a lot of errors, which would have happened if we had to use manual work; so it has that aspect of time saving and reducing errors that are usually made when doing that work manually.

    What needs improvement?

Some of the things I have not appreciated about Automation Anywhere is that when I was setting it up at the beginning, it was a bit complex and it required some technical knowledge for me to set it up; however, there was documentation about its use that helped me in setting it up, but mostly the setup is a bit complex.

Regarding the pricing of Automation Anywhere, it is not bad, but it is a bit complex if we consider an organization with a limited number of people or a small-sized organization; its pricing is not usually fit for such organizations. However, for large companies or large organizations, the pricing is a bit acceptable for them.

The initial setup of Automation Anywhere is complex, and it has many components which I need to first install, such as the Control Room, the Bot Creator, and the Bot Runner; it also has many user roles and permissions that I had to first configure, along with the bot deployment settings and various other things.

Automation Anywhere requires maintenance on my end, so I cannot just set it up and leave it; I need to maintain it after some time, for example, with UI changes and software updates, and I think that is the maintenance it usually needs.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Automation Anywhere for about two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding stability, Automation Anywhere is fairly stable because bots rarely crash and errors are always minimal; so if handled very well, it is actually very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere is highly scalable, allowing us to easily add more bots as our organization grows, and we can manage them centrally as the needs of our organization continue to grow; it also enables that feature that helps us add more bots as the organization needs continue to grow.

How are customer service and support?

I have contacted technical support and they were very responsive.

The technical support team is very responsive and supportive; they helped me, but one problem I encountered is that sometimes their resolution takes a longer time, but eventually, they end up sorting the issue that is always addressed to them.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have used something similar to Automation Anywhere, but I found Automation Anywhere to stand out as the most convenient and most friendly to me; that is why I prefer using it now because I could not compare it with other things I had used before.

    How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of Automation Anywhere is complex, and it has many components which I need to first install, such as the Control Room, the Bot Creator, and the Bot Runner; it also has many user roles and permissions that I had to first configure, along with the bot deployment settings and various other things.

What other advice do I have?

The Automation Co-pilot, AARI, is very friendly because I can easily use it to trigger my bots from my desktop without needing a lot of technical knowledge; so it is very friendly to me.

It usually takes about three days to train non-technical users on how to use Automation Anywhere when we are doing it on a daily basis; about three days are enough.

I would rate this review a 9 overall.

Automation has freed teams for higher‑value work and integrates smoothly into daily workflows

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I have been using Automation Anywhere for several years now. Overall, I have been working in my current field for about a decade.

    What is most valuable?

Automation Co-Pilot, which was previously known as AARI, enhances workflow efficiency, and I use it regularly. Automation Co-Pilot has helped free up my people to work on other projects, saving us a lot of time. Automation Anywhere integrates well into our existing workflows, APIs, and business applications.

    What needs improvement?

There are still some areas lacking enhancements in Automation Anywhere, and they can improve in integration capabilities. Nothing is perfect, and I would like to see them add better AI integrations in future releases. They can definitely do better by addressing the integration with other software.

Regarding AI integrations with Claude and Gemini, they need to ensure robust security measures alongside these advancements. Currently, there are some vulnerabilities in security that need attention in Automation Anywhere. I require them to enhance their security protocols for better data protection. I would like to see better security from Automation Anywhere.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Automation Anywhere for several years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Stability is generally good, with occasional lagging that we can manage.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere is highly scalable and adapts well to growing needs.

How are customer service and support?

I have not contacted the technical support or customer support for Automation Anywhere.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have used some alternatives that provide similar functionalities as Automation Anywhere.

    How was the initial setup?

The initial deployment of Automation Anywhere was relatively easy for my team.

    What about the implementation team?

For this deployment, we needed a small team of about three people, as it is not a one-person task. It took my team about three weeks to fully deploy Automation Anywhere in our company.

    What was our ROI?

I spend about two hours a week maintaining bots for Automation Anywhere.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing for Automation Anywhere is competitive, but it varies based on the features and services selected.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I have tried upgrading Automation Anywhere, and it was a smooth process.

What other advice do I have?

If anyone is looking for an efficient automation tool, I definitely recommend Automation Anywhere because it is very helpful, even for non-technical people. Training non-technical employees on how to use Automation Anywhere takes about a day. After all of that, it does require some ongoing maintenance on our end. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

Streamlined Invoice Processing, but Pricey for Startups

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the intelligent document processing helped me in reading different invoices formats without needing perfect templates every time. I also find the drag and drop bot builder and recorder useful for creating an end-to-end flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So pricing is actually geared towards enterprises, so it is expensive when automating a moderate volume, that is what I don't like. I would say the initial setup wasn’t really easy, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it 8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation for automating invoice processing, which helps me extract data from PDF invoices, validate against Excel or databases, and input into accounting systems. The intelligent document processing reads varied formats without perfect templates.

Fantastic UI/UX That Simulates the User Journey Well

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I have mixed feelings about it, but here is my review. UI/UX: I feel it’s very important to simulate the process for the user, and it does a fantastic job of that.
When you do it manually it takes a lot longer and with that you can easily evaluate performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic can be expensive, and it can also be hard to debug. Sometimes the errors are so unpredictable that you don’t know what to do next. On top of that, it can be difficult for beginners to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves all the time I used to spend doing things manually and frees me up to focus on other important work. As a beginner, I also learned a lot quickly while using it.

Balances AI and Governance for Seamless Automation

    Reviewed on Jun 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform balances AI autonomy with strict enterprise governance. It's great that instead of blindly feeding massive amounts of enterprise data to an LLM, the system retrieves the exact context the agent needs for a specific task. This feature is valuable as it satisfies our InfoSec and Compliance teams, massively reducing the risk of data hallucinations and keeping our data very secure. I'm truly impressed by how easy it was to get everything going with the initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the fact that we have to adapt to troubleshoot AI logic is a bit challenging. With a traditional RPA bot, we can spot the exact reason the code failed and why it broke. With the Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation, it takes longer to understand why an agent failed to complete a task. I also think having a confidence rate that is not 100% should neither crash the AI nor allow it to proceed. It should include a brief summary as to why it failed so the developer can have this 'pre-debug'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it handles complex workflows, allowing us to focus on meaningful work. It solves issues with traditional automation by preventing RPA bots from breaking when changes occur, improving efficiency and security.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how much time this helps me save. Being able to get all my repetitive work done without having to stay actively engaged has been huge for me, and it ends up saving me a lot of time overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t dislike anything about it. It’s been consistently helpful and has had a genuinely positive impact on my life. I don’t really have anything else to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me make repetitive tasks a thing of the past and saving me a lot of time. There isn’t much else I can think to add at the moment, but it has been good overall.

Real-Time, Data-Driven Insights—But Automation Needs Transparency and Control

What do you like best about the product?
Data-driven decision-making, especially real-time access to accurate data, helps improve the business. It can also reduce costs and enhance productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Decision-making will be fully automated, and small errors could happen without being noticed. My concern is also what happens when they operate without enough transparency or control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of fragmented, repetitive, and decision-heavy workflows that normally require humans to constantly switch between tools and interpret data.
