What do you like best about the product?
The way i can handle the bots and finish my work, with ease and without big efforts ,
plus the way i can customize my bots and let it do i want for my work,
and for me as a sales agent i can promote the program for any company to sell it with ease

What do you dislike about the product?
What i don't like about automation anywhere program is that with my own point of view that it might make people kinda stop looking for their work as automation anywhere can do everything for me but other than that i love the program and still can promote it with ease

The real demonstrations videos where is shown the cases that we´re likely to face

There must be more practice in the courses

AA is a powerful tool yet easy to learn and implement

Not much. Maybe if it would just be to have multiple bot implementation for transactional processes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have handled projects within People Services for data entry and reporting. It has saved more than 6000 man hours per year.
Good Product, decent support
What do you like best about the product?
Product is user friendly and does not require coding knowledge. It has allowed me to enter into the role as a developer at a reasonable pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was little support on how to properly set up the databases, servers and VMs at first. They have since done a comprehensive review and are guiding us through best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating transaction busywork. Around 13,000 hours of time saved annually so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to expand your RPA team out of the business, Automation Anywhere is a good place to go. However, make sure to involve IT and Audit right away so you do not run in to any issues down the line. Automation Anywhere's service and support has improved dramatically since we started using it, take full advantage of their onboarding process.

Ease of access - The tool is very agile and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bots sometime fail due to random issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere we have automated a lot of reports reduced a lot of work hours and manpower.

The ease of access of the tool is very nice and runs smoothly on daily basis and saves a lot of time and manpower. Also support the Automation Anywhere staff is really nice and reliable. You get help when required to fix any issue or a road block.

What do you like best about the product?
The control room is one of the best features of the AA platform. Having the ability to get up to date information on bots that are running is very important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to upgrading to the new version as we've had some instability with the control room in v10. Would also like to see some uncoupled training that allows us to self serve instead of following specific tracks. There is a lot of sales material that is in the training modules - we already purchased, we don't need to be sold anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA allows us to repurpose staff to contribute in more meaningful ways within the organization. It is imperative that we continue to automate the repetitive tasks.
Effective, intuitive automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a platform for automation that can be easily understood and implemented even by a non-technical user. The variety of commands provide multiple solutions to every task and the tool as a whole is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional performance issues sometimes slow down progress. Excel integration is effective but tends to take some tweaking achieve desired ends.

Manual, repetitive processes are being reduced, freeing up personnel to perform more value-added tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get potential users involved during the proof of concept stage. The effectiveness of the product depends on the willingness and ability of team members to embrace it. In our case, those that were involved from the beginning are the most effective developers.

Fast to learn, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI of the AAE Client and the possibilities that it provides. The basic functionalities and the logic were easy to learn even for a non-technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the launch website function is configured only to Internet Explorer. It also seems that the tool prefers IE, where as I don't.

I am able to cut down on mundane, manual processes and have been able to free up time for other employees to do more productive work.

The AAE Client is very easy to use, even for a non-technical person (business background).

The wide range of features and commands for automation. The ease of automating from the simplest tasks to the most complex ones. The friendly interface.

The ocr reader does not correspond very well with reality compared to other automation tools, besides some tasks should be easier to develop using excel commands
