Great tool to automize bulk work
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and many options to develop your bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR is not great but I’m sure that it will be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an RPA developer so I use it for pretty much everything. To classify a bulk data is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
AA has a robust reporting interface in their Control Room and has additional customization of reporting through BOT insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA is missing basic code failure handing logic. Their documentation is not written well and is misleading in the purpose of their features. A direct example is their task timeout feature, the documentation indicates this monitors the BOTs connection prior to terminating the job when in fact it does not. The credential vault is not designed to hold any items other than that of credentials and they are missing a critical item of being able to manage other variables within automations from a central source like the control room. The scheduling tool has no real way to manage BOT capacity or overlapping schedules and needs to be exported, parsed and placed in a spreadsheet for management. There is not any native notifications of error handling built into the tool so administrators are not made aware of disconnects, task failures or other items that are critical to the management of the system.

Many manual tasks have been automated to realize immediate benefit from RPA.

Ensure you're prepared to handle the software in an error state and set standards for your program early.

Nothing, There is no such feature that I particularly disliked.

Reduction in Operating time, Quality of work/skillset improvement opportunity for employees

What do you like best about the product?
AA is simple to use out of the box and very good to remove repetitive tasks. The best thing I like about AA is that it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy, which helps in increasing productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Capabilities in Microsoft Office and Complex Automation. Works as expected but requires a lot of tweaking (delays, object cloning)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying Business processes by implementing Bots to remove repetitive manual interventions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Drag and drop option and Credential Vault features. Can be deployed even in the front-end for rules-based processes as well as in the back-end for a true and complete RPA solution. Has an analytics and reporting feature that provides them with intelligence regarding the performances of their bots and their impact on the business at large.
What do you dislike about the product?
Message box doesn't support printing of variables. OCR feature is still not that much capable as compare to other competitors

By this man power is reducing and company ROI is increasing
Best RPA tool ever worked
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best tool i have ever worked on for automation. Anything can e automated using this tool. I have worked on almost all the top tool in the Robotic Process Automation market but i have found Automation Anywhere is the best tool not only in terms of user interface, GUI but also the support that the team provides is tremendous. I would like to share a short example for the support that the Automation Anywhere provides. There was an issue once i was working for a health care client in the production environment, the team from Automation Anywhere has responded with in an hour of raising the support ticket in the partner portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to mention few points that are not supported by Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere does not provide any command to run the python scripts you can run only java and VB scripts using Autiomation Anywhere. Secondly Automation Anywhere does not support data table variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can run the python scripts by using the open program command that is present in the activity area of Automation Anywhere. I would like to mention few points that are not supported by Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere does not provide any command to run the python scripts you can run only java and VB scripts using Autiomation Anywhere. Secondly Automation Anywhere does not support data table variables.

Few implementations were not supported in the the other tool where as AA supports almost evrthing
Overall i prefer AA beyond all RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Workbench is quite simple to code without getting confusion.The external package like meta Bot and IQBot is quite impressive to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
To do some excel operation we are using VBA because in automation it is taking so much time(v11.3.x). The way To read the variable from text file should be improved

A complete Robot
What do you like best about the product?
You can create any manual repetitive work with a bot which gives you the flexibility to get work done more faster and easier. Like customer onboarding in a bank where you can do onboarding of the nth customer in a single time using excel sheet or anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not have complete functionality here. Like if you want to create a complete business product then this is not the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer onboarding is the bank which gives nth customer onboarding in a single time and faster. benefits as you can do exception handling, onboarding of the customer at the same time one by one without manual intervention, mail, etc.
Automation Anywhere is very useful and Fast Automation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
use of Rest and other API commands are very useful. very easy to object clone the objects to get object properties. Tool is easy to understand and command names are straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is need of updating few commands and few things that makes user friendly and helps developer to work faster. Example like: once we open command and if we need to create a new variable then we have to cancel the command window and then create new variable in add variables panel and use that for command . for now Developer is using default variable like prompt-assignment as temporary variable and later copy the newly created variable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of human effort was reduced because of using AA tool. A bot I developed helped our organization reducing 5hrs human effort and completes the same process in 5-10 mins.and this work has to done every day for years.

I would say go ahead and start using this tool.
