What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a powerful and versatile tool to automate the repetitive tasks which don't require human intervention.The tool is having very good user interface with having around 500+ commands which almost covers all the actions we perform. provides notifications after job completion, has very rich features while working with excel and csv file . can perform database operations . can extract and load data without any effort irrespective of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
have issue while working with Object cloning , while ran on a different machine. even while capturing the data facing resolution related issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using to avoid repetitive tasks in Oracle Applications.

usually, there are issues with object cloning and keystrokes.

The tool's power to handle the complex operations with ease.
User interface is very simple but yet very powerful.
The availability of Control room which is a powerful interface for handling Admin operations.
Talking about Control Room which provides you with a Bird's eye view of all the activities happening.
Metabot is an amazing way for Handling SAP operations along with the DLL.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Object cloning gives hard time, maybe we are still using 10.5 but I have heard it has improved massively in upgraded version.
Sometimes Keystrokes struggles with the Excel Operations but it is very rare case
Startup time is relatively more than other tools but can be improved.

We have worked on Financial use cases where we have worked on charging chargebacks.
Which has helped the Financial team of ours in many ways, no more they beat their head on the same and repeated process rather they can work on better logical processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like object cloning function. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demo version doesn't allows if function. I don't like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working for Vodafone Turkey. We use AA for radio network and core operations. We started projects and using at real network.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better than UI
The only reliable option for me, and most first time automation users
What do you like best about the product?
The huge array of features , and the almost non existent learning curve , you can just jump into it and start automating your daily tasks.Integration with IQ bot is always appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI definitely needs some work. The random jitters and lag makes it infuriating to use sometimes.
But the seem like just initial issues which I believe can be easily ironed out in future updates.

The everyday mundane task of updating the entries of Inventory in the excel sheet has gotten so much easier with this, which helps me focus on my actual administration tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of various tools in AA attracts me the most. It is easy to use the tool. It has 500+ activities to use. It also incorporates AI technologies in it. The concept of Metabot is really good. It allows us to develop the application just with the screenshots. Citrix automation has become very easy. The concept of control room will be useful in many Business Process Outsourcing processes. The most important feature that I like is its stability. after creation, the bot's success rate is high when compared to its competitors. While running the bot , we can see which line its processing now in an additional window which apperars while running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should improve mail functionalities. Excel activities are difficult when compared to its competitors. Better to have variable types in the same name as general programming variable names. Control room connection is always required. So, It cannot be used in customer networks as a separate robot. It reduces its capability to use where VPNs are connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated the telecom integration process. It saved lot of man work hours. It works as a unattended bot. It involves many repetitive works which are done by humans. So, we used Automation Anywhere to automate all the repetitive works. On receiving the inputs from the user in mail, it does the integration for all the sites and gives the status for all the sites in the reply mail.

Should have been good if it provides more HowTo Videos and promote AA community on Youtube. this will help to train new RPA Developers who opts-in to AA.
