What do you like best about the product?
I like that for the most part, the software is pretty intuitive. I can typically find a command for anything that I need to accomplish. I also like that I can grab other automations from other users and download and edit those to suit my needs. The Credentials Manager has to be my favorite feature, by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Those items that I'm unable to find a command for make automation INCREDIBLY difficult and finding other user support is difficult. That may be due to the fact that the software isn't being used widespread yet or that other companies are using a different automation software to meet their needs. Either way, that fact alone can be incredibly frustrating when trying to write the code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to save more time by having AA complete our more monotonous tasks. We are finding that our teammates are able to focus on more thought-provoking tasks instead of having to do the routine items in order to complete the day's work.
Easiest to use and fastest to scale
What do you like best about the product?
The features I liked the most were metabot and recordweb. it's not required to have development skills to work with Automation Anywhere. The person can simply drag and drop items. A good point is that normal administrative employees have many transactional activities and the majority of them are not complex in terms of automation. Easy to learn & use the platform for development. This becomes easy due to its easy and interactive GUI, online certifications and courses. Also the Automation Anywhere community forum is helpful for asking questions related to the problems faced. For the new users the trail version is also provided. Schedule of projects in queues to run on the server automatically, I found it just fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has some unpredictable behaviors in instances, delay, such as terminal emulator and RecorderWeb.
I developed a project and I had hard and problem to rename file downloaded from Web and to save in Onedrive path. Maybe it was due to lack of knowledge or something like that, but it could be simpler or at least point out that it isn't supported.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with different websites and Performing the regular excel works ,saved almost 550 business hours .Since it is fast and efficient throughput is increased .It is cost saving!
We are used it o send status emails which is saving a lot of time. Even it has capability to call the APIs and get you the results quickly.

The focus of automation is for normal employees (non-IT developers), thus implies in solving simple problems.

It could be improved eg.. if calling one task from another we could able to debug the bot on the lower level of Bot Tree

problem sovling in the sense reducing the manual efforts on various operations.

Need to improve the logics for extracting the tables in SAP application. Need to implement search option for the variables in the variable manager.
Need to improve at web recording technology. We are unable to capture all the fields using object cloning, specially in web applications.

We are developing BOTS for different finance daily activities like uploading customer invoices to different portals per business needs.
We are working on developing a BOT for Accounts payable & receivable activities.
We are automating freight invoices process flow. BOT will be enabled to read the invoice data from Vendor Invoice Management system and auto clearing of the blocked invoices.
These automations will help our business to save lot of time spent towards daily activities & will allow them to work on more productive items.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere 's RPA tool has many command functions. By using it, we can automate many tasks. Also it is encouraging that training for realizing automation is prepared. I appreciate being able to acquire a lot of RPA skills.

Depending on the function to be used, it may behave differently from what you are thinking. As a result, processing may need to be interrupted. We are expecting to innovate in the near future by fusing RPA and AI.

Reduction of work man-hours by automating simple work and eradication of human error. We were able to create time to do high added value work.

If you introduce Automation Anywhere's RPA, you will certainly be able to realize what you want to automate. In the RPA world, technological innovation is impressive, but do not expect too much. Let's start with what we can do first.

It has many several trigerring options that makes suitable for a wide broad of processes.

There is nothing I dislike. The email triggering option should be available for attended mode.
