Bots deployement
What do you like best about the product?
It is seamless to create bots and deploy them in production environment. The controls are pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a design chart like that in blueprism or Uipath that is simple to design flow of activities for rpa

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, BOT Insight Dashboards works great in the Azure cloud. Works perfectly fine with Mainframes and Oracle E Biz complex process flows. Perfect tool for end to end process automation not just for Back office but also to automate IT Operations
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific, but if i would like to talk about improvements, then AA should try to integrate with Microsoft VSTS, JITHUB, Serena and Kintana from Version control and Automatic code migrations / Deployments prospective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end Business process automation, IT Operations & L2 Application support Automation across IT and various business verticals.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great RPA Tool. Very secured since you will have complete control over the tool as it will be hosted on premise. Easy to use. Each Runner has got great bandwidth. Mostly things will depends on the how well you manage to code your process. Process mapping is key. Make sure to standardize the process before taking it to BOT. Setting up the right VM also important to get the optimal performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very fast deployment time . AA is developing its software very quickly to Artificial Intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more user friendly i guess. Also It should improve its ecosystem. And the last thing, There wasnt a trial program until this month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it on 12 processes in our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Uipath is more user friendly, AA has a lot of way to do so.
Performance is great and less programming needed as AAE Client internally.

The Commands available in Client is suitable for almost all RPA processes where in the add ons added in version 11 viz Work item are really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.Information required for Development is almost less than 10%(The percentage is observed by considering AA as enterprise and not as free source) which is biggest drawback which slows down the project speed and misleading developers perspective on AA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all the business cases we have experienced could not be accomplished without relying on Dotnet or another third parties.

Easy Automation with AA
What do you like best about the product?
Great product, very good security and safety features with fantastic customer service. Exciting roadmap of new features and products. We have been able to find awesome RPA solutions in house and used AA's support throughout the way. It was definitely a rocky path but definitely seeing some good results out of this initiative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to arrive at root cause for all the issues that occur while using AA and also not all are reproducable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive processes in the finance area which has to do with a lot of reconciliations by extracting data from multiple sources and applying some business rules .

it has a large number of commands available, friendly interface

I had problems connecting to the control room in trial version, i hope it gets better with the new community edition

I am testing the tool, using connection with database, insertion, update and also data scraping

take advantage of the vast library of commands, test the new community version, and use autimation university to learn more about the tool.

Metabot, image recognition with embedded OCR

Workflow, too many scripting while lack of visual big picture in AA IDE

Improve our customers to improve operation efficiency
Great product, easy to use, easy to understand, easy to save your company money.
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop features are easy to master. The commands are very powerful and when used correctly can make light work of the biggest and most mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere dependency on the Internet Explorer makes web commands a bit clunky and prone to breaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing manpower now used to complete simple repeatable data entry and transformation. Or team is giving back hundreds of hour back to the organization.

Automation Anywhere is great to use but take the time to train yourself.

Helps our call center users to get pre c and pre d info automatically. Helps reduce the call time

What do you like best about the product?
AA continues to improve the tool and the user experience based on input from customers.There is definitely a focus on getting it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the nature of software, but the attentiveness to customers also results in upgrades, which result in testing. However seems like we'll be on this current version for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to remove manual business processes such as data transfer and reporting from the people, and move them onto the bot. We were able transition new work into the teams by increasing bot capacity.

Go for it... actively reach out to AA and be sure to leverage your Customer Success Manager and the whole AA team.
