What do you like best about the product?
Tool is very elaborate, easy to develop and compatible to almost all web/desktop applications. I am part of RPA team of my organization and using Automation anywhere to implement bots for our clients. We use different environment like dev/stage/production to develop,test and run the bots. Environment setup is easy comparatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control room should have more feature to manage and maintain all running bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly daily BPS processes which are rule based and redundant.

Scanned PDF Extract is not passable Extracting,OCR command issues.work ques are not available in AA,Debugging,

It is one of the Revolutionary Technology, that changes the way the enterprise operates. Automation anywhere tool can automate end to end business operations for companies.

Bugs and app crashes sometimes which results in performance sometimes. Other than that nothing to be mentioned.

Uses SMART automation technology. Rapidly automates complex and complicated tasks. Auto login runs scheduled tasks on anytime, even when computer is locked.

easy to use and not have much issue. we are part of IT and this is very important for us to have less issue.

not much GUI mode also less knowledge article available.

What do you like best about the product?
- Web Recorder turns web extraction into a process you can run whenever you need to. Anyone can record easily.
- The Smart Recorder also identifies the objects of the given window, as well as the coordinates, the image playback mode, etc. And it can be used for web or desktop applications.
Majority of administrative basic tasks can be automated. It's a really useful software to gain productivity across the organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
OCR doesn't help because it switches some letters with numbers. A simple Arial font text is not being well recognized. So I definitely can't use this as part of the automation program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've transformed manual tasks into automated tasks to improve the quality of the service, accuracy and reduce the time that users take to do it manually. We can invest this time in analysis.

If you or your company would like to invest in a software that would really help to achieve the productivity and automation goals, Automation Anywhere is a good one for you!
Simple interface but strong capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The software can realize lots of functions using simple logic. The user interface is clear and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation process is not smooth. I had to take an over 2-hour call to solve the installation problem.

It's used to capture data from various data sources to form analysis, which saves a lot of time and effort.

The Tool is simple and the university is excellent for beginners to understand how they can transform their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As beginner the tool is good, if the setup is further improved it would be add more value

Transforming the business we have recently done with a poc for a customer who was manually checking three systems and confirming the orders. AA has transformed the business, Now the robo checks the data ' and informs the user in case of any mismatch.

Using Automation anywhere is a breeze and it records events most accurate thus eliminating manual corrections.

Need support for iphone/ipad as our field nurses use them when they go for LTSS support

It helps our nurses to pull information from multiple non-traditional file systems and fill in the forms without manual work.
