What do you like best about the product?
RPA from Automation Anywhere is a low code tool which any business user like me can use everyday in my work to improve my productivity at work and help me automate mundane and repetitive task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere till date didn’t have any community which they recently announced and would be available in May 2019
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RPA from Automation Anywhere works with me as my virtual assistant and helps in automating mundane and repetitive task and helps to focus on high quality work.

I would love to see a lot more functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The workbench can be used by business users without having in depth IT skills. Control room is also easy to set up and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is not yet customizable .

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start off with. great support from AA. IQ bots look like they have a lot of potential
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical issues mean that we don’t get 100% success rates. Something may fail but then succeed if run again so not consistent. Would like to see more options for managing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility for the customer to use a mobile app for manage its bots and its tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphical interface of the ‘build a bot’ tool. It seems to be very similar to a code

The ability to create and manage bots without the need for consultants

Nothing, I believe if you present a problem during the POC they will do their best to overcome it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quote management between outlook and our crm, invoice validation and also the interface between commercial and partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will definitely deliver value as long as you invest in your people

What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed by the Anyone, Anything, Anywhere approach. I also like how intuitive Qbot is to use and the fact that all tools are on one UI

Unsure if you need laptop to run processes

Easy of use and the bot store for looking at new automation opportunities. Also AA works better with our legacy software than the competitors.
