What do you like best about the product?
RPA Automation Tool is used to automate the front end application from this we can reduce man power .
Excel,SAP,Main Frame and web based application can automate from Automation Anywhere, we developer can easily understand coding easy to train any new person

What do you dislike about the product?
mostly code flow is very complicate to understand compare to other tool , only we can develop the code using particular activity so that is very difficult to code. so developer not able to gain more knowledge from this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while scrapping the element is very difficult to scrap so in that time we move to metabot or IQ bot method.

cognitive automation now a days more popular in Automation word so Automation Anywhere also wants to implement the cognitive automation and IQ bot also
Great Web Based automation, Limited Work-space Automation (AS 400, Advanced Excel Automation),
What do you like best about the product?
It is best suited for doing simple to moderate web based automation (web-scrapping) , simple excel automation (sheets consolidation), email trigger automation; best results derived in simple rule based tasks such as sending attachment in email, consolidating files, extracting tables from website. Workload management is an excellent future built in to operate 24*7 options. Control Room has good features to export events (Bot Based, Client Based, IP Based). Bot Insights is (Analytics) track good to have metrics such as cycle time
What do you dislike about the product?
It fails in moderate to high complex business cases such as extracting data from multi dimensional excel arrays, intelligent loops to extract information from website & especially in AS 400 based applications (key stroke logic). The control room features are very limited such as; only 200 events can be exported in CSV at one selection. Bot insights (Analytics) are reports doesn't solve for business intelligent metrics & analysis is not predictive such as lead time between clicks. Bot has a limitation in running infinite loops (Captcha, Data in division format).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Freight forwarding business, data dynamics is the key. We deal with Unstructured, Machine readable repetitive clerical data; insights from them needs to be real time. With Automation Anywhere we have achieved the best use case for Cargo events tracking, which helps our core business to plan the supply chain with the Customers, Ocean Liners, Air Carriers, which brings in more resilience to business.

Improve better automation features in IBM I SERIES (AS 400), advanced excel functions (Meta BOT) to automate complex excel logic; additional intelligence in web based automation solutions.

1. Tool is very flexible when compared to other RPA tools.
2. Complex business processes can be automated and optimized for better performance.
3. BOTs can be deployed on multiple terminal servers for better efficiency and thus helping in cost reduction
4. Data management is very efficient as Microsoft SQL can be integrated in this tool.

1. Licence is too expensive

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a tool easy to use and necessary to do the cumbersome work of office, that repetitive work that we do not want to do and sometimes postponed, so I like Automation Anywhere, also offers comprehensive training and free to users in a very attractive website.

I haven't encountered any problems, he takes care of a good part of my work efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company is responsible for basic tasks such as data updating and file management, sometimes design bots for shorter tasks and used only once, helps me greatly to improve my performance and accelerates the delivery of reports by doing the repetitive work of extracting and copying information.

A software that does tasks for you, I definitely recommend it for tedious and long administrative work.

i love Automation Anywhere because it is one of the best tool to make bot to reduce human efforts without any errors and also bot works 24*7.there is no coding skill is required to use it just drag and drop.

Automation Anywhere is to costly for small enterprise or startups.there is no community is available to support and helps for begineeres

The product could use a few more features. A filter on the action commands would be helpful. Some more built-in .NET integration would be helpful too. The amount of scripting needed to calculate dates (today -x for example) and reformating seems a bit much. The Control Room doesn't feel, for me, as intuitive and functional as the actual AA client.
