One of the best tool in automation industry
What do you like best about the product?
First of all UI is very user friendly and courses available in Automation Anywhere University.
Also support portal is good.
I completed Business Analyst course from Automation Anywhere University and feel very confident about it.
Further I am looking for to complete Solution Architect course as well.
I saw verities of courses in Automation Anywhere University which help people from different levels like Development, Project Management, Sales, QA and many others.

Automation I did is for email attachment and I found it really helpful.

I would like to recommend this tool to all those beginners who are looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Excellent RPA tool in industry
What do you like best about the product?
Capability of automating the any UI makes it easier to implement in large scale projects at breakthrough space. It improved automation scope of project larger with minimal fuss
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its unable to identify the UI elements in record and playback mode which is pretty disappointing. Moreover we will have some other work around, but they will consume more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project is about automating the business flow of communication domain. We will regularly check the server health of various integrated systems to make sure we are meeting our required SLA's

Instead of dislike, I say limitations. Every technology and process has some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating small process which are executed more often and repeated in nature.
Great product, superior customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The support and sales teams are great, which on my opinion makes a difference vs. other RPA software companies. We've always had great support and immediate response to all our concerns related to their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some few bugs are still there but none of them affect the functionality of bots severly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying our backoffice processes when doing the CI efforts before automation. After automation, we repurpose low value man-hours for more value added activities, currently accounting for more than 10K Man-hours repurposed with very low investment.

Try different products, and test their support teams. The quality and superior customer service has been very relevant for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Loads of commands, easy to learn and exhaustive learning portal. IQ bots are really exciting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Detailed installation, configuration and trouble shooting guide. In addition exhaustive guide on setting up DR and high availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating customer care and finance processes. Benefits are amazing, No SLA breaches and moving laborous tasks to bot.

Great tool, more detail documentation on installation and dr setup would be great

Automation Anywhere can automate web as well as desktop applications. This helps us span our automation across multiple application types.

Does not give a pictorial representation of the code

We have been exploring and utilizing Automation Anywhere for doing our "Test Automation" activities. We have been very successful in this.
Great Automation tool in the Age of Disruption for Application outsourcing work

It's a great tool , all the automation that you can probably think of during the AO ( Application Outsourcing work) , they can be very well handled by Automation Anywhere

Nothing much at this point , if it can do some more cognitive work , it would have been great

Automation Anywhere is the most intuitive, simple to use and seamless to develop automation platform available today.

The only challenge which I see with the pace in which new products are being developed by AA is the initial teething issues with their new platform version (which I am sure they are working on).

The benefits businesses are experiencing with Automation Anywhere is real and how! From streamlining functions to scaling business they have got it just right.

OCR feature is not capable of extracting chinese characters
