Automation Anywhere version 11.3 update

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the best feature of meta bot and task bot can be opened parallel side by side rather than opening in other window like we used to do in 10.7. I liked the control revamp of 11.3, its quite easy to use now, more information about bots are available in control room. I liked the way now you can put some description about your variables in metabot. The most loved feature is if you copy the command from one task to another the variables associated with the command will be automatically copied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like part where you cannot copy the commands between metabot and taskbots. The if condition used for variable should be more advanced so that we can make multiple operators options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The repetitive/boring task is being automated with the help of automation anywhere. The task which would take 2-3 hours to complete can be now completed on minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise automation anywhere to all my colleagues and friends as this is the best automating tool in he industry till date and has easy to use interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is giving tremendous amount of success in the Business process automation. Development is much easier compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA not focused upon the Class and Object concept so it is lacking in somewhat Programming concepts like Error bubbling etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Automation, Web, Desktop, Mainframe automation

What do you like best about the product?
Almost everything is automatic in this world.
Minimising time consumption in the production process automation is important.Reduction in time requirement to process anything and increasing productivity

Code problem it has to be very precise and must not find any loop otherwise it can surely create problem for the function of a predefined path .And it needs to be user friendly to be in rhus process.

What do you like best about the product?
AA makes it easy to do mundane tasks and it does it quiet effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I have on most cases is that some functionality just ceases to work and getting them back up is a nightmare. I have had issues with checking in of bots until i just decided not to use that functionality anymore.
The Support documents are full of technical language that most of the times I fail to get what they will be talking about. There is a Customer On-boarding questionnaire that you fill in when you are logging a support ticket and the information they require upfront is a challenge because of the language. What would be better is if they guide you to where you can find the information to submit so that you are not left wondering what they are talking about. In the end I log on a different ticket just to get the support personnel and then explain my problem. This however makes the troubleshooting exercise a very long one because the root problems will have to be discovered maybe by the second or third support team when the ticket is re-directed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are redistributers of ERP system and we are building bots to help automate some of the task that are too manual.

1. New features in Control Room.
2. Analytic Dashboard over intra net.
3. License management is easy to install and consume.
4. AAE Client with BOT Farm built insight.
5. Easy to us IQ BOT Commands in task BOT.
6. Can integrate with cyber Ark for password management.
7. Version control using Visual SVN.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Frequent version changes in Control Room and Client Editor.
2. Object cloning commands stuck at some point if there is an immediate response to the object.
3. Dashboard not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Building end to end RPA using AA for use case which are high value and require manual efforts.
2. Automating Emails routing based on business logic defined.
3. Most BOTs are used by end user after working hours to cater for the remaining pending work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using AA we can transform the time consuming process into 24 * 7 Bot to process

What do you like best about the product?
Web recorder and screen recorder are very friendly. Control room interface is very user friendly. Bot scheduling and monitoring is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In AA client when i select any task name it wont highlight in color. If this feature is implemented, it will be all good. Having language issues for France region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business complex tasks and nightly jobs are automated. During nights no human is required to take care of nightly jobs.

Go with AA for hassle free services.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature according to me is the IQBots that can be trained and deployed so easily in production. If the IQbots trained correctly it can process huge amount of unstructured data in a very short time. Oraganizations can save huge amount of human effort and money by creating and training IQbots. The web scraping feature is also very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least likeable feature accroding to me is the speed of file I/O operation especially when it comes to write the file contents into some other files.Also I feel the overall interaction with the application is a bit slow. The process of installing AA enterprise can be optimized as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that we are currently solving using AA is processing invoices using IQbot. The accuracy of processing files using IQbot is very high. The speed of processing using IQbots is another factor which I realize is a great pluspoint of AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to automate mundane business process efficiently and accurately go for the automation anywhere tool.The best RPA tool with the most useful features in the market right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, continuously making releases that really improve their customers experience with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot lifecycle process could use some improvements. we struggle with making sure everything flows from CR to CR, like credentials. someone has to manually ensure that credentials are the same in every control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's licensing constraints and poor dash-boarding. Multiple challenges while installing the server a client
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in and implement this, if you have smart talented who have operations and IT backgrounds you can make using this tool a success. It's more flexible than traditional IT solutions but not so easy you can't spend the money training your teams and supporting them. It really works and its shortcomings can be easily overcome with leadership buy-in and investment.
