RPA is quite good in all things but it is not supporting for Salesforce lightning for picklist values when using object cloning. Please help to fix on salesforce application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for automate in salesforce accounts creation. Taking very short time to create all accounts compared to man power

Bot Creator is a fantastic and easy to use tool for develop robots

When I learned AA, the courses from academy were very theoretical but now I think that they changed them with the launch of the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have develop internal robots for test the technology. It's very easy to learn and deploit. I haven't used it to compare with other RPA tools like BluePrism and UiPath.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go slowly and learn as much as possible. The RPA tools will be very important in the future, you need to understand how it is used and how to deploid for automation process without rework and scalability. Automation Anywhere is in a the good path. If you learn it, you can have an advantage in the future.

As part of our day to day activities, we spend most of the time in monitoring Dashboards and monitoring jobs.

As of now, I see no cons of Automation Anywhere. Will list down if I come across any.

Automation anywhere helps in creating bots which help in automation of the tasks we perform daily and sends alerts. This greatly helps in our team productivity as the time we gained is used in other activities.

Automate most of the repetitive and time consuming tasks such as collecting patient data from a PDF file in to an Excel sheet.

It would be good if we have a single PDF file where in we can look at all the different features and concepts of handling different tasks with in Automation Anywhere., instead of dividing in to multiple modules.

What do you like best about the product?
The features offered are really great to learn and implement. The results are exponentially better than the efforts fone to get them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the limitationof the tool for the web application. Required it for jar applications but didn't got any solution for it.

Web scraping, mailing data to distribution lists.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation flow is not complex like Blueprism, AssistEdge and UIPath, so it can be easily handled by anyone with limited experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search option in the left side tool list. There are 550+ commands, so obviously people will expect a search bar for easy access.

Content extraction and de-duplication of documents using multiple attributes extracted from various mime types.

What do you like best about the product?
Bots, at their best, make our life easier and simple but automating rule based tasks. It is so easy to build one with the tools and building blocks provided.

Little technical jargon like Rest server in the Workbench

Rule based tasks can be automated easily. Lesser time spend on mechanical job to free up more productive time

its very handing to implement new automation and good think will incorporate with running WRP system.

few depending they have to access the DB .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we create Shopping cart cancellation Bot. Daily user will send 4-5 request to cancellation the shopping cart and one request having more then 200 carts to be cancelled, its very hacking job to do the same and one resource engaged whole day for doing this activity, once we developed the Automation .that all 5-6 request will take 10 min to completed and without any human error .Code testing all scenarios and we are successfully running cancellation bot with 0 error and to save huge business cost and resource will trained in different project . There are 1% depending on bot . right now we are working on three different Bot at the same time.
