What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the RPA tools it is a very user-friendly tool we can automate the web and windows application there are around 500pluse commands which we can use to automate our manual process we can create both attended and unattended bots and also we can create IQ and meta bots we do email automation very easily and work on mainframe application is very easy using Terminal Emulator command. using control room we can schedule the bots
What do you dislike about the product?
working on the RDP and Citrix automation bit difficult in Automation Anywhere application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere application helped me a lot in automating my manual works and also we use this in our client projects we can easily work on database and web services using the tool

Automation Anywhere is a best automation tool available in market. There are around 500 plus commands which we can make use during automating the process.
Using Automation Anywhere we can work on both web and windows applications.
Also We can automate mainframe applications using terminal emulator command.
PDF , excel and email automation are very simple and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantages are working on citrix automation is bit difficult, results are not accurate.

Helps in automating daily manual tasks like sending mails and extracting data from PDF and adding into excel and sending as an attachment in a mail.

we have it it take care of our portal responses to FMR's this way we always meet SLA and being a small company means we do not have tech support 24*7 specially on weekends this helps a tonne when different customers come up with same queries repeatedly.

Consider price! what is industry leading might not be a necessary fit for you, there are cheaper alternatives which might suffice for your needs.

All modifications which I can easily do and get the impromptu results out of it.

Some of the commands are not there like excel sheet commands and packages.

Best way to Automate the Legacy process into stable and flexibly manner
What do you like best about the product?
It provides many inbuilt features to us. The best thing I like the most is it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy and less time. It helps to increase the productivity.Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything like least used in Automation Anywhere. Each and everything is used in certain cases depends on the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running the tool in VDI in a server which is getting crashed unexpectedly without realizing.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of automation tools in one project that's fairly easy to learn and use. Our company Tried out Automation Anywhere to automate some of our testing and scripts. It was fairly easy to use and understand. We were able to use Automation Anywhere to easily increase our UI tests and create real world data. We were also able to automate load testing which can be really difficult. Another thing we found really helpful was the abundance of training support readily available. This allowed me to easily get up to speed with Automation Anywhere and use it with our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit wonky at times and require some manual overrides. Some of the error messages it provides can be really confusing and take some time to figure out what's causing them. Documentation on Automation Anywhere was readily available which was nice, but it would be better if the error messages were more straight forward or helpful in easily identifying the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped our business simplify our automation testing in most cases. Automation Anywhere has an easy to use drag and drop interface which meant people from just about any experience level could use it. Using Automation Anywhere we were able to add tests to our program to meet business level requirements dictating the amount of code covered by tests.

User friendly, drag and drop set up with options for more specific coding. Enjoyed the rollout capabilities at such a large firm with customization functionalities for specific needs.

Disliked some of the limitations for legacy systems and security.

Efficiency problems, we are now automating many day to day manual tasks that are prone to error and burn out. Provides time for more added value analysis and attention to other business needs.

Automation Tool with overwhelming capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere along with other RPA tools. I always felt that Automation Anywhere is a RPA tool with advance capabilities like IQ Bots, Metabots etc, which other RPA tools in the market are lacking with. The best think so far is with the stability of the Bots and there performance. Also, when it comes to RPA world Automation Anywhere it's considered as the most trusted vendors across the world specially it's the most recommended tool in NA and MEA region, hence, there is no challenge in convincing the clients to use it. It has a Proven history and that helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike so far but I will recommend Automation Anywhere to work on the User experience by simplifying the user interface more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Automated a Service Now use case for Ticket Monitoring and assignment and we have seen visible benefits regarding the Factors such as Average handling time, responses, meeting SLA's and the accuracy of the ticket assignments matching the keywords with a reference excel file.
We have also automated a SAP Finance use case for the weekly, monthly and yearly reports . The average saving observed was the time saved per day.

The simplicity with what is explained. It is good for any beginner. Automation Anywhere team continues to provide outstanding solutions to our automation needs.

I like how it seamlessly integrated with our system at the time. Very flexible overall.

Nothing at all to dislike. Nobody likes paying high costs but its 100% worth it.

Time wasted on different systems. Everything can be done from the central "control room" so to speak.
