Makes development easy, but the operations are difficult.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a great user interface, it is self explanatory. Also, coding on it is very easy. It reduces the development time significantly. Automation Anywhere ,also has a great support team. In case of any technical challenges, a simple call with them would usually fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not very reliable with managing load. A lot of time the tool starts behaving awkwardly/incorrectly, when the load is high. This increased our operation time than what is was expected to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are on the operations side, the tool some times break when the load on it is very high.
In terms of benefits, it has made developing complex solution very easy and has significantly reduces our development timelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
It should be available for all platforms like Linux , Mac OS, so that more users can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating repetitive tasks like downloading daily reports for the email and updating it into database and also used it for daily backup purposes.
Automation Anywhere has also saved a lot of my time automating small and repetitive task where i need to search some data on google and copy paste it them in multiple files which lead to a lot of wasting of time.
Also the IQ bots are very smart and learn very well.

You Should surely use this product as it the best rated and ease to use RPA technology in the whole market.Also community edition and Automation Anywhere academy has great sources of learning and certification which are accepted industry wide.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is Simple, Very User friendly. Easy to learn and a powerful RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.) Cloud version for development. Standalone product v19 etc was much better. v20 not very comfortable as most of the time, it do not run and we need to delete and re-register the machine.
2.) Only limited commands. Keystrokes are not very accurate sometimes and need more delays to be introduced for them to work across different machines.

We have saved lots of hours doing repeated tasks manually. With the power of AA, most of these repeated tasks were automated and helped reduce burden from many users. We got more time now to focus on things where automation cannot be used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an awesome tool to start your RPA journey. Everything is covered in the courses offered. Even support is good and you get answers for any questions quickly from the team or forum users. Actively many users have comeup to help others with their problems in AA. I think everybody should put efforts and learn AA. Its not very difficult. Just you need to give time and take up few assessments.

Do not see much at this stage, Need to understand how they will work while migrate from current platforms ( Blue prism )

1. Loading the package takes a lot of time, even if using basic packages in the bot.
2. Managing global values can be made as RBAC.
2. Bot Agent needs to upgrade automatically; the user needs to upgrade the bot agent manually.
3.Managing folder structure is challenging
4. Expecting the product to work with handwritten documents.

Work Load Management and API implemented for one of our client. WLM helps the client to manage the data in different runner machine and keeping track of data. The benefit of API help client to control and automate the functionality of Control Room.

Proudly to say Automation Anywhere is one the best RPA product in the industry , where every user can automate anything from anywhere. It is repeated saying in my review , AA is best product which works on 3 digital workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Features. There are many features like AI, OCR that are not available in other products
What do you dislike about the product?
Its expensive. License costs are something where potential customers shy away. There is no community edition like UI Path as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating SAP related human interations. Specially Invoice Data and Fulfillment data from E-Commerce portals

Its a great product. If you need to automate mundane human processes, this is the product I can vouch for. It is better than its competitors like UI Path, Bleuprism.

Automation Anywhere is One of the most user friendly tools I have used in 20 years of my career. Automation Anywhere is a Robotic Process Automation tool or software, which is used to automate the overall process of the organization, which previously was done manually by individuals. it helps the organisation to save cost and get efficiency for the organisations. It not only benefits the organisations but also helps the customers as they get their product faster and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the handwritten documents AA is not very effective as it does not give most accurate information so its very important to have standard input to have the best output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about AA is that it can work 24 hours without taking rest. We are using it in our finance, Lease and HR processes and found it very useful. It also helps in getting overall insights from the business processes which helps in driving performance in the organisation and doing an effective review with the clients. Its cognitive capability is very useful for the organization to build an intelligent digital employee or bot.

AA Is best in class in providing excellent OCR tool functionality along with basic Task Bots - Bot Store provides a One Stop solution to use Industry aligned Secured Bots which saves Time resulting early value realisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Bots have not reached maturity like IQ Bot they need more Product Tuning as OCR functionality is still providing lesser quality compared to Python extraction. Also we would require a better Customer care Support for the tool so that on demand basis problems can be resolved as of know we need to wait more to get the queries addressed by the Support team
Also we would like to have better Training added in the Learning Module so that team can Scale up faster using the various modules present online and dependency on the paid services is on Lesser side . this will add the required value

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in a niche segment O&G sector so our Use Cases are completely different as compared to BFSI sector and our Use Cases involve more Manual processing as compared to the Frequency at which we are processing these processes. We have achieved a significant Savings and they are Above Industry Average may be in Top 5%.

1. Challenges in Migration from v10.x to v11.x
2. Instability of standard OCR commands in event of screen resolution changes.
Needs improvements in area of following,
1. There is not alert mechanism in Control Room that alerts support user while bot monitoring when bots are in thousands.
2. There is need to add platform monitoring dashboards and reports.
3. There is need to provide integrations with external ticket systems.

1. Bot Insight migration from v10.x to v11.x. The workaround on challenges to migrating exiting database of Insights to next version.
2. There are challenges in migration of IQ Bot v5.x to v6.x. AA support provided SOP to follow migration steps that were not available in documents earlier.
