Automation Anywhere stands up to its name

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Automation Anywhere for most of our automation journey. When it comes to a product, how do you feel about the product is much important aspect, Automation Anywhere would outperform any of the RPA exists today in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the top 50 application that are widely used in the enterprises - eg: SharePoint, SAP, Azure Active Directory, Service Now, Shell Integration...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to automate most of the IT Operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BOT is a great tool for automation however you must define your strategy to on-board a process into automation. example - ROI based.

When starting out, keep an open mind. RPA is not meant to replace your labor force. So, keep your backup plan in case of RPA down for some reason.

Any automation takes more than 3 weeks, needs further review as maintenance would be an issue in a later point in time.

What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing I like about AA is the way its continuously evolving considering the current business needs and understanding the Customer Pulse.Scanning of Invoices in the Finance area is a huge potential across all industries and AA has understood this need and come up with the Concept of IQBOTs to help customer to address this usecase.Additionally , it is also upscaling its IA quotient to address much complex needs and think beyond only RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
One Area where I would see bit more improvement is to reduce the manual coding part further.It has to be as easy to use as some of its peers so that potential users don't shy away from this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the Processes in HR,Finance and logistics domain has been automated using AA tool which has given us Audit compliance as well as considerable FTE savings and with the Invent of IQBOTs we are hoping manifold benefits in coming months

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere automates the processes which are performed by humans. So it is great platform to learn the skills in easy manner.

I do not think of any thing when comes to disliking about automation anywhere platform

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and features of the product . The ease of using the product and showcase the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract. Handwritten documents are still giving a nightmare. Also, it is difficult to handle control room management.

Magic with RPA

What do you like best about the product?
The IQ bot which can access every field so seamlessly and categories them so well with so less margin of errors. Also the cam recorder options to record and create a bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well there is not much I dislike. the tool is seamless built with so much thought. No process bugs. Appreciate the effort by the team to get this up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With IQ bot the regular, repeated boring task is not being done in a jiffy.

Please provide a trial version with trainign material to exlore more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of automating processes. Its easy to learn and does not require any prior experience in coding. Though having prior experience in programming surely will bring out the most. This has helped us in promoting and teaching AA to numerous people across the organization. And many are AA Master Certified Professionals. This makes it automating processes easier as the teams no longer need to depend on a selective few developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if image recognition and text recognition could be improved further. Also Integration with e-mail clients like lotus notes and Outlook is needed. Currently AA does not work with e-mail clients. E-mail automation built in AA is not supported in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA for automating processes in service desk. Mundane tasks which can easily be automated are being processed by the bots.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend AA as the RPA tool to select if you need to process a lot of forms. We use it for automated ticket and request processing in service desk.

What do you like best about the product?
It has simplified the way we look at the mundane jobs which require minimum human intervention. Project work has come to a all time improved productivity as team is able to do more qualitative work now post automation Anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere can put up more user friendly interface. The navigation is a little challenging for a newbie
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreased turn around time for sending the invoicing data
Onboarding the vendors with no human intervention
User Access provisioning at with zero errors

Be more user friendly while using the UI

What do you like best about the product?
The most distinct feature of Automation Anywhere was the self learning platform.
Easy understanding for a non technical person.
Well organized UI layout for better understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of debug option to understand where the error persist.
other than that all perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to automate repetitive report works and emails which are sent daily and this has reduced an ample amount of time to concentrate on other activities which cannot be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of resources created for Automation Anywhere. You can just search on Youtube or Google and most of the time you can easily get answers. Thus it is easy to learn. To use it also as simple as drag and drop. You don't need any programming skills to know how to use it, but if you have the knowledge already then it will make it much easier to learn. It also supports an object-oriented style of doing the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are still lacking for advanced stuff like advance data scraping. Although the current tools can still do a bit of data scraping but not for data that have a complicated structure/format.
Although it supports an object-oriented style of doing the automation, it still not comprehensive/good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems I solved are business processes for a company. Currently using AA, there are almost no business processes that it can't do.
The bundle with Control Room really gives the edge compare with other RPA tools. This is truly an Enterprise-ready RPA.
It also supports a modular approach for business processes since it supports an object-oriented style of doing the automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to search on Google or Youtube and you will find there are a lot of resources already created by the community to help you understand Automation Anywhere. You will learn to love the simplicity of the design compared to other RPA tools which mostly are not non-programmer friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the requirements for RPA is a structured data. With this, companies tend to purchase another software such as abbyy flexicapture or if not, mark the process as not feasible for automation. But with Automation Anywhere's IQ Bot, you will no longer need to purchase another tool as it can bring structure to unstructured data.

I also love how it easy to create task bots with the help of the recordings. You can also leverage the use of the image recognition for web elements that don't have a static id or web element id.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike is the lack of shortcut keys when creating task bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate an end-to-end procurement (p2p) for a certain company. From gathering and classifying the requests from ServiceNow to making the procurement and updating the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best RPA tool in the market today!
