It is very strong RPA tools that help in business.
It will help in building bot to automate the process and very user friendly. Automation anywhere integration offers massive gain in productivity for enterprise. It is intelligent automation software , scheduled the tasks anytime using powerful task scheduling.

It is not good at debugging task.
It is not good when you need to install the control rooms because of the complexity.

The recording is more comfortable in Automation Anywhere were we get several modes of web recording, smart recording, and desktop recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I felt tough while checking the selectors in the recording. XML commands do not have looping into inner nodes.

Extracting data from web applications and performing excel activities and performing various operation on web application

AA RPA journey tool was wonderful have completed various processes of different Domain inProduction
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the commands are Go be Great to work on different Domains but I would recommend we should have more command on Pdf integration and OCR commands to get accurate Result, specially OCR we have implemented in finance process to extract text where Metabots was also failing to capture that text.
I like Object cloning and excel operation commands the most.

What do you dislike about the product?
PDF integration command has to improve along with OCR. Metabot should have a feature of capturing the specific control and work on that specific control ids rather then mentioning the entire screen. Need to improve on object cloning when trying to capture the html controls when the page has IFrame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved running the bots in unattended mode with the help of AA support team for AA version 10.5. Benefits no more monitoring the screen and the bots as they run in unattended mode

User Friendly and easy to access which give more ROI and give 95 percent of succesfull results.

All are good.The new AA 2019 is the best ever i have seen. I am going to implement it in my next process.

Getting data from source from a website & the string operation is too useful to automate a complicated process.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great, cross platform it works efficiently. Commands are swiftly working with applications. Metabots are great feature, though it is not that user friendly, but can be made better. Automation Anywhere is a great tool to implement in any organization without much hassle. Its a lightweight in order to implement on the top of the any architecture. It helps automate most applications which are out there and being used by most corporate. In finance I am using Oracle, SAP BO, Excel, Excel Addins, SAP GUI, Java applications, other web applications. It is easier to understand and implement in short timeline. It gives maximum benefits in short time to show results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool keeps getting updated, and it changes the complete architecture everytime. It becomes intricate to upgrade quite often, specially when it has a downtime for runner machines. GUI could be developer friendly, it needs improvements GUI wise, there are many unaddressed bugs which are weird and even support team has little idea about how to fix them. Overall good tool for RPA perspective with many bugs and unfriendly GUI from developer perspective. Although it has easier implementation tag attached to AA, it is highly cumbersome when it comes to troubleshoot or fix any issue. It has many unreliable things, bugs that are generally not seen in most corporate applications. Even though it is highly used, the responses to errors and issues raised are not resolved with optimum solution, either the answer is "wait for the next release" or "reinstall the applciation". The tool is sometimes too unfriendly when it comes to development. I feel it could have adaptable GUI, specially Metabots development in v11 onwards. It really has fixed layout which is so irritating at somepoint in the rush hour. Some bugs that are random which even AA is not able to identify. Some features are not customizable.

Using to automate FP&A processes, Logistics, finances etc

It is a great tool, easy to learn, easy to get employees with proper experience. Would recommend if you would like to adopt an RPA for your organization. Easy to implement in the existing environment and setup too. Automation anywhere is a great choice in order to start their RPA journey. It is easier to understand so it helps speed up automation. Large organization can get maximum benefit out of it. Sometimes consultancy may also help such EY who are giant in this field with RPA with AA

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the most powerful RPA tool. It is completely user friendly and easy to learn. There is no need of coding knowledge. But anyone can easily learn the tool within short span of time. I was thinking to learn something in short span but analyzed various tools not able to purchase and use. This tool help us since we are having community edition,
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, There is no dislike things, Tool is not used full fledge. One suggestion is, if we have any sample code template or each component user flows by default, which will help to user to understand more efficiently and quickly implementation to apply and use in real time world. BOT creation currently using in public forum. Similar to the community edition installation on individual laptop, if the BOT is creating in local machine. then that would be more helpful to get experience and implement the automation stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us to automate the regular day to day repeated activity which is really helpful and saving lot of time. BOT is initiated the code package and deploy into BOT in user friendly.

Ease to learn and quickly understand the process. Ease to install the tool and manage. There is no performance impact of the system. Some of other tools when we install. Machine performance will go down and it is tough to use for normal activity.
