What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to use after attending a week of live training. The training from the Automation Anywhere University is also very good. It provides the necessary information to get started with configuring your first bot quickly (9 hours of training and your off to your first bot).
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI in which the coding is presented is a little confusing at first for coders and non-coders. Also, the structure for how the coding is put in is different from "normal" if you have previous coding experience. With RPA, simpler is better. With traditional coding, tasks can become very complicated quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Automation Anywhere for over a year now in may of the processes throughout the corporation. Based on the training received from both Automation Anywhere and internally, the ability to self create a bot, deploy it and monitor the process is greatly reduces the effort needed compared to the mundane non-value labor being preformed. This bot frees up our labor force to be in positions which add more value and align to their desired career paths.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When starting out, keep an open mind. RPA is not meant to replace your labor force. It is there to enhance it and add value by reducing the time spent on mundane tasks. Your employees will feel more engaged when they are not spending 1/3 of their time doing tasks the bot can handle. The bot gives back their time so they can use it in more productive ways. The first being the use of their knowledge and then applying it. Second, it frees up time for them to upskill. This loop can then be repeated to boost your employees production and moral which results in a higher ROI of them time and labor cost.

The study material in presentation mode with short videos helped a beginner like me to get certified which is free of cost. Detailed course about Business Analyst, How to create Bot, Run a Bot etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the time frame for final exam. It was difficult to complete final assessment within designed time frame. Most of the questions in Final assessment are covered in the presentation or videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly I like the interface and easy usage of commands and implementation of logics for different processes.
With AA we have reach another level in improving our skills and our business are very happy with our outputs.
The most interesting thing in Automation Anywhere is Metabots, with using of Metabots the business process become very effective and implementation of logic using Metabot code get optimized.

I have no dislikes using AA because it makes my process very easy and quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel difficult for processing huge data manually and it takes so much time. But by using Automation Anywhere I can do my processes very easy with less time and mainly with error free.
Implementing logics are very hard in other developing software, but using Automation Anywhere developing becomes easy with all the commands available.

I have faced issue while automating SAP application which was overcome using standard delays and keystrokes.

Metabots makes things available offline to work helping in re usability and scalability. Also the tool is very user friendly to work with.

Email automation still needs a lot of work, sometimes unable to access mail using that.

Working on SAP processes with excels with excel and database command is too amazing.

AA is an awesome tool that provides you with reliability and reduces time consumption in the case of complex tasks. It helps you automate tasks in an orderly manner. It is very easy to understand, and the easy integration with PDF and Excel software helps you a lot. This tool offers support for 365 days. This is an unprecedented tool that no one has come across before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The appearance and atmosphere of the tool are not very appealing. The structure of the tool could be more inviting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many cases, but the most I have solved are PDF and Excel works. It makes me feel enjoying my work in a simpler manner and comfortable.

- We can not program a bot to write code. There are scenarios where we have to write same kind of code for similar business application.

As any platform there are pros and cons, As I observed, we are not getting desired output in some citrix application automation. Tool is depended on screen resolution of PC, My default screen resolution of my laptop is 150% so I am not able to identify controls position accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the features of Automation Anywhere tool like Control Room, IQbot and Metabot. I am processing PDF documents, it validates all the form fields and table content with high accuracy. It saves our manual work and time as well. It helps to increase the productivity. IQBot which is super-efficient. It has great control room that is easy to use. Screen recorder is very useful. The ability to securely store passwords in the control room vault that the bots can access with secure and encrypted way. Interacting with SAP applications is great and efficient. Automating Mainframe applications with Terminal Emulator is lot of time saving and accurate. We implemented custom logic with script coding.

Automation Anywhere is a very strong RPA tools that help in automate business processes with high accuracy in less time, I will always recommend everyone to use AA tool. As it is best in RPA, now the tool is available in the cloud environment also with Enterprise A2019.
