What do you like best about the product?
Using Automation Anywhere, We are ease to do automation in best manner, The Commands which we have can easily drag and drop to tasks helps us to build the in automations in easy manner. And the Added technologies like Metabot where we can easily create reusable components and creating DLL's helps us to create most Robotic solutions to our Projects, And IQBot the future congnetive automation tool helps us to process all the invoices with sent percent success rate. We are Able to train the documents very easily and we are achieving cent percent of results using IQ BOT. By using Control room we are easily monitoring the bots by running and scheduling the bots
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with Automation Any Where we are build most sophisticated robots there are some dislikes while in developing-
1) Error handling- Even we have best functions in Error handling Command, in order to call multiple tasks in a master task we face some difficulties in Error handling, every time we need to push arguments to know the status. It is better to put Best hand error handling liks Try Catch, or Retry Command is better to avoid such scenarios

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Automation Any Where I have done bunch of Projects and running in successful manner, We have done SAP, Main Frames, Invoice Processing, Web Automations, Client Tools using Automation Anywhere. Over all we have gained more FTE benefits and we shown great cost saving to company.

It is a Best Tool in the market and any one can easily work with tool and Automate the Process, and we have best vidios in the portal to learn every functionality of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
In Automation Anywhere I like its cognitive capabilities, Metabot and IQBOT. Quite impressed with IQBOT. I have used IQBOT in project, so its giving more accurate and efficient results. Metabot is also useful to perform complicated tasks in easier way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt control room in Automation Anywhere seems bit difficult for the beginners. As am having experience in other RPA tools I felt Automation Anywhere UI interface is not very user friendly. Variable Manager also quite difficult for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one of our project I was facing issues in extracting data from PDF, after that I referred Automation Anywhere IQBOT. IQBOT is working giving more accurate and efficient results.

I would strongly recommend everyone to use Automation Anywhere for better RPA experience.

Automation Anywhere is a user friendly software and easy to use.
I can simply drag and drop function and configure according to my requirements.
I have created tool in very less time and work perfectly as per my requirement.
Apart from this, Automation anywhere plays major role in reducing cost. I reduce cost by 75% and also increase accuracy. almost i can say with 100% accuracy.
There are so many module wise trainings are also available on Automation Anywhere portal. It helps me a lot.
There are many more advanced functionality available in automation anywhere which i have not use. but this will be helpful in developing new automation for my future use.

Earlier i was doing manual data extraction which includes file open and close, copy and paste, checking format of data, accounting calculations etc.
But with the help of automation anywhere, i can extract data automatically and without user intervention. All the task which i performed with 12 employees of my team can handle by one RPA.
also i run this tool 24 hours when workload increase.
Cost saving and increasing accuracy is the best part and prove my decision to install Automation anywhere software.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and helpful to work upon, not much practice needed, just logic should be good, no need of coding practice,not much time wasted due to coding, just logic is enough. Variety of options are available as commands and recorders. Web scraping is also good as well as desktop recording is good.

The OCR feature needs improvement , also some more trigger features should be included and also email operations should be increased. Desktop object cloning should improve as sometimes it does not select desired line, also GoTo command if included, will easily help many processes.
Control room unattended automation to be improved which sometimes fails due to object cloning resolution issues. Also, captcha bypass not possible gets difficult in some processes.

Automation anywhere's capability to interact with multiple platforms along with its capability of cognitive and artificial intelligence make it unique and perfect solution . Also , it helps a lot in sectors like Insurance which includes various line of businesses like policy center , claim center and billing center . It also provides bots by virtue of which platforms like salesforce , microsoft applications can be automated

Installation process can be made much simplier . I was required to go through lots of documention for the installation . A video explaining all the steps that are part of the installation process can help a lot .

We are working on the onboarding process in siebel as it is too repetitive . Also , We have used for different process related to the insurance like policy center , claim center and billing center . Thus , saving a lot of human effort and time , that helped a lot in increasing productivity .

Like the features of Automation Anywhere tool like IQbot and Metabot. When i was going through the PDF it made me more interesting and help me to understand. It is a Platform that digitize our work . Being Automation anywhere it also improves customer experience & boost Customer confident. It makes the work more simple to the workforce as it does the same work which man do like Copy & Paste,Navigating etc. This PDF or course gave a clear picture about Automation Anywhere.

A few terms was difficult to understand and i felt the PDF may contain few more question to be answered Because all the Questions were making me understand it in a effective way. Few Jonour were used which i felt that its can be used in simple language. In the initial stage of automation anywhere its will b difficult for the employees to handle it, this can even effect the organization. Its a lengthy and Learning process .

It can reduce employee cost and it is effective for user to improve. It helped me to understand automation anywhere in a better way. The most important problem which i over come was how it works in a big organization, this PDF has gave my many knowledge & ideas about it. What do you like best about the product?
I'm using the Automation Anywhere tool from last year and I do have good knowledge on other tools like UI PATH and Blue Prism, out of these three Automation Anywhere is the best and best tool ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the earlier version we face difficulties to run the Python script and now in the latest A2019 it got implemented we are really happy for that. So no dislikes.
