Automation Anywhere tool is estable and esy to lern tool for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
When we start to work in AA then it's is very user family to work for RPA developer. there are many feature which help to reduce our code like: Excel - in excel command , file folder commands and if/else command , if we will do compare with another tool developer has to spend more time and code for those command bur AA we have there type of command very good for development
What do you dislike about the product?
In AA there is not one command very popular command is run script where can write our script but AA is not provide any debugging tool for run script.Another one is some time if we want to copy and past our meta bot one project to another another one it's give error so it should be in corporate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems which we got in our RPA development this is only excel validation, some time we have to write long script for that but in AA with the help of excel commands we reduce our work another one in one metabot for email reading and sending replay this very useful for us

I worked on another RPA tool but AA is very user family as compare to another tools

What do you like best about the product?
In control room now we can easily identify the Scenarios of different bots through multiple graphs,
like we can see dashboard where we can check all the activity in bot insight also we can check the process bot, schedule bot or history.
2.Through Control room of AA we can check the bot status from anywhere, we can use it in our mobile also
3.we can scheduled our bot making this as unattended so that no user is required to run the bot.
4.Metabot :- its a powerful bot than task bot as it needs minimum changes if the process of any business is changed.
5.with IQ-bot we have experienced the Artificial intelligence and self learning system.
6.Created Disruptive bots which does not required to write everything in the task bot or meta bot.

1.we cannot use the same id in multiple system which is lack i think because for running multiple process by a singe we need multiple license rather than a single user can run the same id on multiple system.

1.Invoice Processing, Payment processing, Sales Reporting these all different kind of problems we solved with Automation Anywhere.

1.AS THE BUSINESS MARKET IS GROWING VERY FAST FOR REDUCING THE ERROR AND MIMIC THE HUMAN INTERVENTION IS THE BEST PART OF ANY RPA TOOL.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous upgrading as per the industry's requirements and standards to fulfil the demands of RPA professionals. Easy learning for anyone who want to get into the field of automation with basic knowledge of Excel Macro . Metabot feature is beneficial for techies who want to customise as per their needs . Special thanks for adding features like Recorders, object cloning , email automation , Web automation , etc with so much easiness.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere tool is the most commonly used RPA tool in the market and using the tool we can work on the multiple application simultaneously. The tool has a major impact on the windows application and also can automate the web and Mainframe application. working on Email, PDF and Excel and FTP application using the tool is very simple. we can use multiple browsers like IE and Chrome. for complex PDF task, we can use the IQ bots and for code re usability, we can make use of Meta bots and IQ option what they provide is Next level of automation
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very fewer options in the email command for the complex task we should run the VB or java script other than this there are no issues in the tool. accuracy of OCR engine is not up to the mark

Automation anywhere helped our PMO team to automate all the Excel activities and running the Macros and simplifying the manual task and not only excel work also sending the Email notification to the employees which saved lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has lot of commands which make it easier to use variety of operations. Automation anywhere resolve all the bugs with each upgrade ans support is good enough to relsove any issue in minimum period of time. It has integration facilities with other apps which makes it a awesome appolication for RPA
What do you dislike about the product?
Although no major downside i felt , but i fell it should support other scripting languages like python which make it easier to use . AA should introduce mobile apps where we can monitor the bots remotely and check health and status of all the bots
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving various problems like deleting uncessary mails from outllok, automatiing citrix for report creation , monitoring health of system and gathering data from application and merging to one and sending mail to required users. I am automating the citrix login and segragating the mail in citrix based on imprortance of mails

Automation Anywhere is not sufficient for Automation alone , Integrating the AA with Machine learning will give more insights

What do you like best about the product?
A very easy to use application for everyone especially beginners. It is the best for automating complex process. Was also able to implement rule based activity in Complex process. provided trainings for beginners. The steps for downloading and installing the application were very good. looking forward to Completing master certification. will recomend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It ws very easy to use. Thank you. will recomend it to others. Only one thing which i would like to add will be to add some videos describing the Installation process. it will be extra helpfull. Also some more training materials along with the videos will also be helpfull to everyone including people who are new to Automation Anywhere application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating desktop applications with Automating Anywhere, easy and precise than any other tool. PDF integration, automatic mail distribution and VM devlopment was very easy using Automation Anywhere.
