What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity that is given to me regarding automation anywhere review and on my previous usage of the automation anywhere the most thing that I have like is that it simplifies things and it makes my life perfect and also it allows our organizations to automate the processes that we have used previously with staffs performance, and also the thing that i would love the most is that the A2019 version was web-based and it simplified the bot creation very much
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view, the things that I have disliked about it is that the downside of using automation anywhere when we raise support cases the time it took was a little longer than usual and it was the things that we dislike the most
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great thing that is solved by automation anywhere RPA for us is that it solves the previously tedious process of encoding long documents on a form and solves it easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes I highly recommend Automation anywhere RPA for firms and companies that used to use very tedious jobs and tasks like encoding data on websites and forms I am fully confident that it is a game-changer it will simplify life and also increase work efficiency and performance

Like simplicaity on deploymnet and configration and have options for Bot usage for muiti-tasking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy for begineer and Expensive Pricing.

Tradtional documenation to digtilaization of office document.

Good product in oragnization is persuing digitailzation and Transfomation form Tradtional to modern infrascture.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped me to have a better experience with Automation. Repetitive tasks can easily be automated and can be implemented to make the task easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It actually has no drawbacks in my opinon but some automations like chat bot can still be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many tasks. For me Text to Audio translater is my faviourite, it helped me personally alot.

Artifical intelleginece and cloud computing the customer support and other service you provide for the community and if you have more time a want to discuss in person with the team and you give as a great product thanks

as i said before many things i like but also ther are some things that i don't like for example the UI i dont like it because it is not user interactive and thanks for the product agin

there are many problems i solve like more on data analytics featured and the data analytics part is it is a very beloved feature

compared to other automation platforms, the cost for AA is not very high, but the cost is not fair

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that i liked on Automation Anywhere A2019 is that the bot creation process is easaier and since the A2019 has a web based control room it makes things easier

Sometimes the support team may be laggy but appart from that it is all good

We are automating our logistics process by eliminating manual feeding of data to our system

It is qucik to set up and run the software compared to other RPA providers.
Quick to implement and dependable tool for enterprise automation. Absolutely loved using AA - 11.x

Easy to add the tool to your current design and infrastructure.
Safe and secure authentication while using credentials inside any task.
Metabots are the most effective in increasing the reusability and less repetitive steps.

Botstore bots save a lot of time while building the automation. I have used multiple bots from botstore and also launched a bot on Botstore
Community version has helped immensely in creating a POC and understanding the tool and automation solution practically
Easier to understand and adapt by any person even with limited automation technical expertise. Reporting and analytics has been a plus

What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning can be better. If you want to compare two versions of tasks, it is challenging to track changes if step positions alter. Debugging can be improved. There is no stepping into a subtask from a task for debugging. Currently subtask needs to run seperately with additional steps added for sending variable values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seamlessly integrated multiple systems based out of different platforms. Implemented and deployed tasks using Automation Anywhere as an integration tool to sync the details between the multiple systems, extract and filter data, process and report details to a different system. The bot works as a replacement for manual human job and has been a massive return on investment. Its easy to manage and automate new features though requirements keep changing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere is flexible and is a go-to tool for automation of any kind. It is a must tool for projects looking to automate and integrate multiple systems of different platforms. Automation anywhere definitely meets the expectations and is a significant return on Investment. Highly recommended

1. Python package in A360 is a game changer.
2. Packages and Commands are focused on the process of various domains and 3rd party application that users are trying to involve in RPA.
3. Good view of flow help to understand the code better.
4. AARI took the attended Automation from human bot collaboration(HBC) to a next level.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. If a change is variable name occurs, its not reflecting automatically wherever its is used in the task.
2. Inability to open multiple task in the same window in A360 unlike v11.x.x.

1. High volume repetitive business process including 3rd party applications as SAP.
2. BPO related daily tasks eg. Customer Care Resolution Services by using AARI.
Benefits:
1. Lot of time is saved that the FTE would have otherwise put into performing the same.
2. Better RoI.
3. Many FTE benefits in the departments who are now used for other management works.

Only dislike is the A2019 or Automation 360 variables .

Problems solved by automating the manufacturing process that is very customer centric and large number of people were involved to work on that , due to the Covid 19 the work never stopped due to the bots running in production.

I liked the fact that Automation anywhere provides detailed documentation and guidance to setup and explore the Robotic Process Automation ecosystem. There is also guidance available on the website which helps build a detailed understanding about the product and deliverables.

Keep the requirements handy upfront to avoid re-work. Though there is expert documentation available everywhere on Automation Anywhere, someone can reach them anytime for specific use cases.
Documentation should be reviewed and experts can be consulted for any specific requirements. There is community support as well to refer for common problem areas which helps to a larger extent for common configuration and execution requirements. Extensive reading material helps to resolve most of the issues.

Automation Anywhere tools could simplify several tasks and run 24x7.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is running on IaaS. We are waiting for SaaS AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works for Lean and Proven processes without Human Intervention. If you could not match its time table then it would create a big consequence to recover those RPA tasks/processes.
