Automation for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
It started a couple of years back when I was debugging a mainframe code; a guy came next to me and showed a small demo on mainframe automation through AA. In a couple of minutes, I could build a use case independently, and from then till now, it's an endless journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new version gives us a platform to automate many things, nothing to dislike as such. Something more robustness can be added to object cloning c mmand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are in millions from an organization's perspective. Starting from creating daily reports, activating new user accounts, deactivating older ones, generating invoices for orders, automating use cases based on Sap, Oracle, Salesforce, mainframe, Citrix based, web-based, PDF excels, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best automation tool which gives a lot of flexibility with various integrations like API, Image, Excel, mail etc. The best part of this tool is UI automation and variable handling (based on my Selenium framework development experience)
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not having many lists but can consider more security options on filevault will be helpful and also some error handling scenario can be little elaborative for developer (May be Debug and Info logs kind of handling).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated User provisioning, DB Report, Invoice reminder, Data export for many major projects from cloud apps. Critical functionality testing before releases. These are just a few of them.

Easy to use reliable RPA tool with user friendly interface

What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of commands and the ease of use of every command. The unattended bot run feature and its effectiveness. The dynamic fucntionality of object cloning command with play feature enabling to play with Domex path.IQ bot feature with cognitivie automation, helping to extract data from structured and semi structured invoices accurately every time.
Over all automating all the regular mundane tasks, saving lot of FTE.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Trigger option not being 100% reliable. More robustness in using commands like image recognition, keystrokes, etc.
Effort of migrating bots to Automation360 from V11 version and lack of System defined variable Application path in Automation360
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many mundane tasks performed regularly consisting of high input volumes are automated using Automation Anywhere, which in return saves a lot of FTE.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate processes across platforms, the incorporation of the ability to automate VDI based processes. Rapid scale-up and quick wins
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer availability can be a concern sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has helped us save on a massive amount of manual effort required in reconciling data across multiple platforms, leading to cost avoidance and saving time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for process automation. Being able to define a detailed process with failsafe really does lead to quick value realizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is helps you connect to the website and get the live data and only knowing the syntax is enough there is not much coding or technical experience required.
What do you dislike about the product?
the connection and all sometime takes way too much time, the website can be a less complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the recording functionality a lot, that has made a lot of my manual task easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with many open source softwares and third party integrations and also easy to use configurable drag and drop no coding tool helps to simplify complex processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of fulfillment processes end to end is great but sometimes streamlining gets difficult when new adhoc process is introduced wit manual intervention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Role based access control with LDAP integrationa and versioning of processes and sub tasks to effective track each users activity. Also, integration challenges and OCR capabilities are the prime benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
A2019 and Forms which made a creative change in the tool and the solution point of view.

Performs slow when compare to other tools and High Cost, agreed best products have high cost.

Most of the Problems can be solved in any sector related to software when human making mistakes which increases the productivity to the end user.

Best Automation Tool for Process Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere helps us in improving repeated processes across desktop applications and web applications. it also improves the quality of work which is completely error-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is having regular upgrades and you have to reinstall the Bot agent again after a certain period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple processes, reporting, QC's, Excel operations, etc. we are able to automate using AA, it increased our productivity and reduces the cost of the work and FTE reduction.
Due to repetitive and tedious tasks slow down our productivity, and grabs that time away from more significant tasks. However, with this RPA benefits, our team members are having more time on their hands to complete those other tasks.
Also, the automation processes can work 24/7 without stopping. This helps us providing a higher level of service
