Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
The software is compatible with a wide range of data types and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and various enterprise workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is not user-friendly and feels quite limited. For instance, when searching for a file on a file server, it only supports words that are at least 3 characters and at most 64 characters long. If I try to enter more than three words, the search option becomes grayed out and unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By supporting both cloud and enterprise workloads, Druva makes sure that no critical data is left unprotected.
Comprehensive Security and Backup in One Powerful Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is a comprehensive security and backup solution that unites two very important aspects of IT. We like the ability to manage both in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a little overwhelmed with the out-of-the-box reporting that goes out to every user but have every confidence we can adjust that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is solving the problem of having separate dashboards for separate functions. It's providing immutability for our backups and also watching them for anomalies and malware. This is something that is invaluable to a smaller IT shop like ours.
Effortless Data Recovery and Peace of Mind with Druva
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Druva Data Security Cloud for nearly a decade. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time whenever we need to replace a user's laptop or recover from a laptop crash. Our users no longer have to worry about losing their data when their devices are replaced. Additionally, if someone accidentally deletes or modifies a file, we can quickly restore the backup from Druva within minutes. The few times that we needed to open a ticket with support, it was answered quickly and they were able to help us resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no dislikes for Druva Data Security Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and ease of device replacement. Users are no longer worried about losing any data when their device is due for replacement. No lost settings. A big time saver for the user that the data for all of their programs has been restored.

Ease of implementation and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of that I dislike.

Easily backing up M365 data to a non-Microsoft cloud solution.

I like that the platform is stable and easy to use. The backups run automatically and don't require much manual intervention.

Sometimes the interface takes a little while to load and some reports could be more intuitive.

Druva runs entirely in the cloud, removing the need for on-premises servers or maintaining complicated hardware and software setups.

Druva is entirely cloud-based, no longer need to maintain own backup infrastructure and it supports backing and security data on cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
It backs up data faster and at regular intervals. Cloud storage is something that is very good. Reminder emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not come across yet. sometimes though it abruptly stops and have to be resumed.

Druva - simplicity with data backup
What do you like best about the product?
Druva provides a reliable Data backup platform that has been very beneficial when members of the executive staff have had their devices stolen. we were able to get a replacement device along with their data back up and running in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
our environment is very unique and we have had a few issues with activation on company network as well as some workaround that needed to be implemented on windows based PCs for syncing. after that everything has been working seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
druva is giving us a extra piece of mind that if we have not yet sync with the could we have that local backup to revert back to or pull important data from if we need to.

I really appreciate how Druva Data Security Cloud efficiently bundles everything together within the Druva environment, which means I don't have to manage multiple portals or components. This consolidation delivers a seamless experience, allowing me to operate everything through a single interface, or as I describe it, a 'single pane of glass.' The simplicity of having everything centralized within Druva makes the management of data security incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, setting up the system was a breeze. We quickly figured out how to establish the necessary connectors, and once that was done, the data just flowed effortlessly. This ease of use is a significant advantage, and it reflects the intuitive and user-friendly design of Druva Data Security Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notifications aspect could be improved, especially regarding settings that become permanent once configured. For instance, the security settings lack adequate notification clarity. Some of the alerts, particularly those related to licensing, are excessively noisy. It would be beneficial if I could exclude them or adjust their thresholds to prevent unnecessary interruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Druva Data Security Cloud to secure cloud data backup with a well-designed strategy allowing data recovery during outages. It integrates seamlessly, eliminating the need to manage multiple portals by bundling everything into a single interface.
