Switched to Sigma and loving it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull reports in a wide array of graphics is super easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides found yet. Operational use is much simpler than the previous software we used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a dashboard of customer issues, RMAs, OTD, quality rejections and daily QA goals. Issuing monthly vendor scorecards and internal reports. Super user friendly platform.
Quick to get started
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick to get started and easy to use with its spreadsheet-like interface. There's a lot of flexibility in governance, setting up workspaces for different teams, and managing permissions across users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor things that should just be available for the base tier like exporting data. Any user can copy/paste data from a table in Sigma into another tool, but they're not able to get an export button unless they're on a higher license tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more scalable and faster than our previous solution, allowing us to innovate quicker and deliver more analytics to more users and clients. Other team members with less data and analytics experience are able to leverage it with ease.

It does not always update correctly or timely

It allows our centers to see a variety of different metrics that need to be monitored.
Great Tool, love the flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has many functions and seems like sigma has thought of it all. Its easy to use for my analytics team as well as the end user the different marketing teams. I am able to take the data that the analytics team has made available and cleaned up and am able to make new tables/data sets. It was very easy to learn and work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints that i can think of, any issues i have are data-related issues to do with our foundational issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is able to show the users (the marketing teams) the data that they would normally pull manually. I myself am a power user and am able to manipulate data and show data in new ways that the team might need.
Sigma is great for all reporting needs.

All the information it's able to provide.

It would be nice if every report had a explanation of what the cell is populating.

Supplier in stocks and Order lines data.
Simplicity meets high output
What do you like best about the product?
Sigma able to connect to multiple data sources, create clear and interactive visualizations, and provide easy-to-use analysis tools for both technical and non-technical users. It handles large data efficiently, integrate with Snowflake easily, and has advanced data security. Key features include automation, real-time alerts, mobile access, and collaboration options, all while being scalable, customizable, and cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sigma rely on Snowflake compute to process the sql written so it will consume your snowflake credit

Embedded to our product line rather than developing in house which could cause heavy lifting in both time and expense

Their product roadmap is impressive and they care about client feedback

If you are used to BI tool, the learning curve is quite small. I was able to unboard very quickly and produce nice dashboard and analysis in no time !

Visual quality and divesity could be improve. Sometime, the rendering of data point is not perfect.
