Great tool for visual feedback.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Sigma enabled me to get real time information of how my product was performing. I like how easy it is to work with the data and when there are complex SQLs that are needed the tool allows me to play with the same. Whenever product teams have a question, it's super simple to spin up a sigma worksheet and target what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to create intermediate columns with filters to get a better view of what's needed, rather than using the data aggregation itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Sigma to get information about how new products developed at clover are doing and to get stats on sources of revenue.

If you have your data pipeline already established and need a tool to take advantage of that. Sigma is a really easy and user friendly tool to get insights.

Easy to use, configure and personalize. Also, a great support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything functionally but better accessibility to shared docs would be nice. I guess I can just put them under favorites?

Tracking efficiency and timing, we're able to target and design optimal operational procedures.

I was able to jump into sigma without knowing how it works to create a report. Simple user experience

The naming convention of items, but that has more to do with our company I believe.

The user interface of the aggregated report and dashboards are easy to understand and navigate

The caching needs to be improved as it is very slow sometimes

We are using sigma to share (aggregate) data from various platforms and it is a one time stop for many users to glance at the data

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to streamline internal process and Sigma helps with this. It has allowed me to put together reporting dramatically faster! There is also good resources when our team struggles to fix something which is another asset to Sigma.

Sometimes pages can take a while to load but that is just due to the amount of data we have I'm sure.

It has made business reviews much faster! This has allowed for better process on my end.

Can create compelling dashboards quickly. Sigma Support is always available to help and will take Customer's requests into consideration for future improvements that may not be available.

Limited graphing options available (need more!!)

It is difficult in the beginning and requires a bit of practice!
