Great Features with Setup Ease, But Needs Better Role Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Saviynt for its good features that help onboard applications effectively and find service accounts, especially identifying where they are in use across different applications and end devices. I find it very easy to set up and our team is productive with account provisioning and deprovisioning using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some challenges syncing Azure role members with Saviynt, like Global admin and security administration roles members, which we are trying to review for unused roles to send notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt to onboard applications and discover where service accounts are in use, which helps manage identity, application, and access effectively.
Knowledgeable Speakers and a Confidence-Boosting Saviynt Roadmap Session
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best sessions , gives me confidence that saviynt roadmap is on right direction. The speakers were knowledgeable and humble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a way Saviynt can allow participants to ask questions after the session through an online forum, since not everything can be covered during the live session. Overall, it was a very enthusiastic session.
When serving snacks, please label the veg and non-veg name plates correctly. This is very important.
There were too many details, and I believe the content could have been split into two sessions.
If the agenda and timeline are shared ahead of the call, it will surely help participants follow along better.
It would also be helpful if the deck or a summary could be shared afterward, because too many topics were covered and the audience may not retain everything to take back, convey to others, or work on later.
Personally, I’m more interested in lab sessions for participants than in goodies.

I appreciate Saviynt for its configuration-based UI, which I find very useful. I also value its ability to centralize identity governance while enabling highly flexible and automated access management across complex enterprise environments. Additionally, I use Saviynt for end-to-end JML scenario automation, which is quite beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find issues with UI/UX consistency and performance, especially when loading different pages. There's a concern that things that currently work might break. The initial setup is difficult from a documentation perspective.

Simplifies Identity Management with Strong Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using UARs, Certification campaigns, and Custom connectors that are available for our enterprise apps with Saviynt. It really helps to schedule our UAR using Manager certification campaigns for Active Directories and using all our enterprise apps in one IGA tool, which makes our admin job easy. I also appreciate that Saviynt fulfilled our need for integrating ServiceNow tickets with access requests inside IGA. The initial setup was easy, and we were all able to figure it out without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel available custom connectors are allowing to import users and entitlements to some extent, if you include all other roles and licenses of the applications in available OOTB connectors it will be more useful instead we work in REST API connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for identity management, governance, and administration. It simplifies scheduling UARs and managing certification campaigns, consolidating apps into one IGA tool. We switched to Saviynt for its integration with ServiceNow, simplifying access request management.
Automates Identity Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation Saviynt offers because it can reduce our workload significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update history UI is not friendly. I wish there were horizontal and vertical scroll bars, so I could see all the technical rules and user update rules that are triggered. Right now, not all of them are visible on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt to manage identities, accounts, and entitlements. It solves the mover, leaver, joiner process with automated provisioning, reducing our workload.
