Automates Identity Lifecycle but Needs UI Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Saviynt for its configuration-based UI, which I find very useful. I also value its ability to centralize identity governance while enabling highly flexible and automated access management across complex enterprise environments. Additionally, I use Saviynt for end-to-end JML scenario automation, which is quite beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find issues with UI/UX consistency and performance, especially when loading different pages. There's a concern that things that currently work might break. The initial setup is difficult from a documentation perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt automates the end-to-end JML scenarios, centralizing identity governance and enabling flexible, automated access management across complex enterprise environments.
Simplifies Identity Management with Strong Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using UARs, Certification campaigns, and Custom connectors that are available for our enterprise apps with Saviynt. It really helps to schedule our UAR using Manager certification campaigns for Active Directories and using all our enterprise apps in one IGA tool, which makes our admin job easy. I also appreciate that Saviynt fulfilled our need for integrating ServiceNow tickets with access requests inside IGA. The initial setup was easy, and we were all able to figure it out without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel available custom connectors are allowing to import users and entitlements to some extent, if you include all other roles and licenses of the applications in available OOTB connectors it will be more useful instead we work in REST API connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for identity management, governance, and administration. It simplifies scheduling UARs and managing certification campaigns, consolidating apps into one IGA tool. We switched to Saviynt for its integration with ServiceNow, simplifying access request management.

Streamlined Identity Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of connecting applications and the connector library in Saviynt. The ADSI connector was particularly useful as it allowed us to migrate the AD account from one domain to another smoothly during a job promotion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ServiceNow integration with Saviynt connector for account and access requests is not easy to configure and utilize. The solution needs to be more flexible to get the adoption up and let users request and raise their requests. It was moderately complicated and expert services helped us with the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for user identity management, simplifying onboarding and offloading accounts. The connector library and ease of application connections are great, like migrating AD accounts. However, the ServiceNow integration needs improvement for better flexibility and adoption.
Robust Audit Trail but Challenging UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Saviynt provides audit evidence and offers a paper trail for audit to follow for change verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the user interface. The initial setup was difficult, as migrations of such integral systems are never easy.

Powerful IGA Tool with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt's receptiveness to feedback and continuous improvement. The campaign module is something I value most as I'm in an IGA focused role and it helps with the successful facilitation of access reviews across the Firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign module’s UX is not user-friendly at all. It was not the easiest to set up, taking us multiple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt provides centralized management of access reviews and user provisioning.
Efficient Compliance with SAP Integration, Needs Faster Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt's out-of-the-box integration with SAP. SAP has a difficult to manage security model which Saviynt handles, saving me a lot of time managing that access. Additionally, the initial setup of Saviynt was fairly easy for me when using the on-prem product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding applications takes a great deal of time and we've had issues getting Active Directory groups moved into Saviynt for entitlement management. There's been a long-standing bug which prevented improving AD groups. We believe it was resolved in Brisbane, but we're still working to roll it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for provisioning, attestations, and approvals, ensuring compliance by removing manual steps. Its out-of-the-box integration with SAP handles the difficult security model, saving a lot of time in managing access.
Unified Cloud Platform for Seamless Identity and Security

This is a unified platform for IGA, PAM, and AAG, offering a cloud-native approach to identity and security. I find the workflows to be simple and straightforward compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for custom integrations is limited, especially when additional plugins are involved, as they tend to make things more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason for using Saviynt was to eliminate the need for spreadsheets in manual processes. By implementing Saviynt, we were able to greatly reduce manual work, enhance the overall user experience, and minimize errors.
