Awesome Business Intelligence and Analytics SaaS tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards and charts are easy to create
What do you dislike about the product?
Very happy with this saas tool, no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to visualize and analyze big data problems. We have experienced benefits on both the development side when creating dashboards, as well as on the user side who are analyzing the results in the dashboards. On the development side, Sisense makes it easy to connect to many different data sources and cloud platforms (ex AWS). They have support for SQL, python and R which is awesome. Our users who are using the dashboards and charts find it easy to navigate to answers they are looking. Finally, anytime we have a question for the Sisense support team, we have our answer instantly thanks to their live chat support.

The application is user friendly. I need to just come in and do what I need and ho from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though user friendly, there is a little learning curve

We are keeping track of ATM installations and their frequency of use.

Plug-ins, the functionality of SQL queries, and the overall user interface.

The Lack of functionality during builds.

We are able to produce targeted, actionable widgets within our dashboards that drive performance in an efficient manner.
Easy to use. Quick data retrieval. A lot of "built in stuff". Allows next level complication.
What do you like best about the product?
Some functionality (comparing to PBI) is built in via special functions vs. jumping through the hoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have built in connection with Github.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company goes to next level of reporting/visualization. At this time I see it will be easy to use by user and there are a lot of option during design.

The team is really hands on and helpful and they are invested in our success. The software is easy to use and looks modern.

Complicated security requirements for our data have made it difficult to upgrade to newer versions.

What do you like best about the product?
Building dashboards is very easy. The simplicity of SQL and building metrics is ideal for non-technical teammembers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visuals could be upgraded and I'd like to be able to resize widgets across multiple rows.

We are converting video to data and being able to demonstrate key business performance metrics effectively for our clients through dashboards

The dashboard building process is so easy and the product itself is very intuitive. Thank you for giving us something easier to use than other products out there.

More up-to-date and reporting for our group. The dashboards are super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and provides beautiful output for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data scrubbing can be a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information is at the fingers tips of the people that need it.
Powerful, easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to implement security down to a granule level. Connecting data sources into a data cube allows for easy and secure access to all of the data points needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to alter user interface or stylistic color schemes without using an open source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the issues we had was the ability to present data in report form in a way that the end user wanted to see it. We were limited to GUI's and canned reports available through applications. This was often not the specific data or data presented in a way that worked well for our end users.
Amazing product to gain important insights fast with ease of use

It's simple to use the tool, due to the great UI and the methodology of starting with a dashboard and not a notebook, reports, dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions of the viewer users: I think they should be able to view the logic beyond every widget (formulas, the fields used, etc.), some of those users are more advance and it's important for them to be able to understand the logic fast and not to contact the dashboard editor. Also, I think some of those users should be able to edit simple things like widgets headlines and comment - will save a lot of time and resources for the organization (especially for SMB).

The main important thing is to have a single source of truth. Sisense is the place we can define all the metrics logic.
An additional important thing is the combination of data from different systems, giving us the ability to combine business data with operative data and leveraging it into useful insights, easily with the right visualization to the business question.
Regarding insights, the drill-down option allows us the ability for business owners to dig deeper into the data and find key insights only they can look for.
