Sisense is very beneficial for enhancing data
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is user-friendly, and its elastic tubes enable data retrieval from various sources. Dashboards are simple to create and can display data in numerous ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense sometimes chooses its method for data collection, which can be advantageous for particular people or scenarios but can make dashboard creation difficult for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving issues within the system's constraints. The analytics in our designs are horrible, so we're collecting raw data from several platforms, combining it with Sisense, and presenting a more comprehensive picture of how things are progressing.
Sisense comes with great flexibility, good visuals and is intuitive for our users
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the dashboards and widgets. The level of training for our clients and internal staff to use Sisense has been next to none, the tool is intuitive. Unless of course they are designers or development staff. Frequent developments and releases are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to see which of your users have not activated their licences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense provides us with business analytics which we can easily digest and learn from, while empowering our account managers to provide clients with useful data which demonstrates value.
Real-time performance tracking to solve operational and commercial mishaps
What do you like best about the product?
It is comforting to be able to have such a useful and flexible tool in our organization that makes it possible to track our performance in real time and make decisions and take the necessary actions based on data to avoid or solve operational and commercial problems. It is worth mentioning that their customer service is exceptional and their response times are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience using it from my mobile device, it is not as efficient nor its performance as good as the desktop version, still I consider it is acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow optimization is one of the many benefits that Sisense has represented for our organization when it comes to tracking all of our processes. Through the results provided by this tool we have been able to make the best decisions in order to avoid and solve operational and commercial problems that may arise. We have become a solid and efficient organization to provide a quality service to our customers thanks to Sisense.
Easy and intuitive dashboard design
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Sisense is definitely the friendly user interface and how intuitive it is. You can very easily create and personalize widgets/dashboards and generate valuable business insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside about using Sisense is that it's not as popular in the market as other Business Intelligence tools, so the available documentation and content is less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is solving the problem of data visualization through accessible dashboards and with simple creation tools. It is benefiting me by allowing me to quickly create and manipulate widgets.
Exceptional functionality and support!
What do you like best about the product?
They are keeping up with industry standards by working on their AI capabilities, something that is extremely important for them to stay relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the speed at which they are rolling out their AI features is a bit behind, so faster roll-out will benefit them extremely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing it for our own business analysis which helps with critical business decisions and an overview of what the actuals of our business data are at any moment in time.

I would recommend this product to any business or user. It is ver cost-effective and will increate company productivity by a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized connection manager feature I like the most which is used for creating and managing and sharing credential from a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance of the gui interface needs to be improved.

It gives a overview of patient history, physician records and correct doctor is assigned to patient. It is also used to get the patient satisfaction and it improves the healing process.
Flexible Business Intelligence Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The product is designed to be used or developed by a multitude of users from beginner to advanced. If the data is built well on the backend, creating a dashboard is fast, easy, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Finding resources & tutorials for more advanced features can be difficult
- Some widgets do require more advanced knowledge to make them more robust
- Pulse/alerting feature is not always reliable
- Does not have a good email feature

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sisense, I can quickly build a data story for any department or team member within my organization that gives them actionable insights into problems not always on the surface of data. I can also build tools for my team which help increase their efficiencies and provide an easy guide as to where to fix any issues within their business units.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense performs in production precisely as it does in demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive, and the price creeps up every year.

Sisense has completely transformed our understanding of the metrics that drive our success.
A very powerful, user friendly and modern BI tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sisense for the last 2 yers now and it has transformed the reporting capability within our business. We use it embedded inside our product so our clients can understand their own data.
We also use it internally not only for management reporting, but also to aid our operations team to manage their day to day tasks. Its really simple and intuitive for non-techies to use.
The great thing is the business now own the reporting and not IT
Linking to our existing SQL databases works like a charm and we can have a mixture of cached and live cubes, depending on the frequency of change.
It has great choice of data visualization options availables which look really smart and the filtering and drilldown capabilities are really helpful for users to
gain valuable insight in the data.
Sisense provide great online support and training videos and the account management/support team are really good.
The embbeding into our cloud solution using both Single Sign-on and with our bespoke data security requirements was a challenge but we got there in the end. We are also using the Sisense.JS library
as well to embed individual widgets into our web pages.

Dashboards can sometimes take a long time to load and our environment can occastionally lock up, requiring a restart of the environment on the server

Sisense allows us to bring all our data together in one place. It allows allows our business users to support our customers needs on a day to day basis. They "own" the product. They build the reports. No more IT involvement.
Sisense allowed us to transform what was previously a static / historical look back at how customers performed over the last quarter. This is too late to act on anything. Now we have realtime dashboards that the end users can run whenever they want and we have created Pulses to alert people when something important happens.
Internally this has also allowed our business to get a better understanding of the business , both financially and from an operational point of view. We also use this as an operational reporting tool to assist our customer success team to do their job
We are so happy with Sisense, when we recently purchased another company, we have now bought a second Sisense environment and are migrating them away from PowerBI as it is easier to use, and costs a lot less
