Smooth and beautiful
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly widget building, elasticube's intuitiveness and flexibility

Customer support for a ticket takes a long time, cannot connect python scripts, cannot use math functions on datetime fields

not a technical person and so its difficult to troubleshoot the errors which occur frequently

we use it for data reporting, putting together board packages and other material for executive team

The tool is good but you need to right individuals to help develop it. We switched from one tool to another by replicating what we had and unfortunately didn't have the level of technical expertise to build out something bigger/better.
Very Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize reports, widgets, charts, etc. in real-time (and in an easily consumable format), then immediately share with my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can sometimes take a while to load, and the data is not always as current as we'd like. However, this is very specific to our company (and data) since we monitor ad serving and delivery continually throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense allows more members of our team to easily access relevant data. Non technical users are able to pull reports much more rapidly. It also helps by displaying stats and metrics via various charts, graphs, etc. that can be easily digested (without the need to comb through spreadsheets).

I like how quick it can be. Good visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing dashboards to PDF leaves ALOT to be desired. It just doesn't seem to auto-adjust to a regular 8.5x11 type of format and the tabber plugin looks AWEFUL when exported in a PDF.

Faster extraction of data. Easier usage of filters.
Has allowed our organization to be a little more "self service" on the data front versus all requests going through the FP&A team.

Make sure you have a data warehouse set up initially. Have someone internally who is proficient in SQL on hand to do the setup. This will help bridge business rules with tech needs.

Sisense provides a complete functionality - extraction of source data, building of data models using GUI, reporting and also AI/ML functionalities

The incremental data logic could be refined to truly extract incremental data

Reporting for Sales. Operations & Leadership team. What used to take weeks in excel is now being done in hours in Sisense.

Lack of customisation out of the box, need to rely on Python for advanced visualisation.
No automatic refresh for filters value from database.
Cache features are not available for all cloud data warehouse.

Navigation option not very clear since there is no folder / tree view available.

Product problems are solved using Sisense. Finding the initial answer to a business question which might lead to a solution or a track to deeper analysis.

In an agile environment with low resources dedicated to analysis, Sisense for Cloud Data Team perform very well. Ease of use and quickness to deploy dashboard and view can help turn data into insight as the product is being built.

Highly customizable, sensible configuration options, basic platform functionality has a focus on design, account representatives are very helpful, new features and improvements rolled out regularly.

Sometimes the permissions required to perform a job are totally disastrous, since only users with their own accounts can exercise such labor movements, which becomes a total nuisance, since in a company it requires multiple people, the Which make up a team for the labor production of said area, since the presence of the owner of said account must be maintained to access high-importance executive processes, being a great problem of delay.

Sisense is used in one of the most important departments that this company maintains, since it meets the necessary requirements for work in these highly important areas, which is in the marketing area, thanks to this software, we have been able to recreate Significant high-grade reports, with superior intelligence, which allowed us to increase the balance of sales in the digital market in which we carry out our work, as it performs internal analyzes in all units with relationships to the businesses that are carried out, providing the necessary information to guarantee the effectiveness of these processes, especially when it comes to a wide campaign, as this system responds perfectly.
