Apptega for all regulatory compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer success team always helps us achieve our regulatory compliance requirements. Since their customer success team consists of specialists and experts in various regulatory compliance fields, whenever we need any help in identifying gaps, they are there to help us which is great. The tool has features which are mostly useful to our requirements. However, the help from their customer success team is always commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is very slow in resolving issues. Feature requests are never delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to hire compliance specialists or an expert to achieve our compliance requirement. Apptega's customer success team always guides us to achieve our compliance goals.
A great compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the latest regulatory compliance cotent with easy to use UI. Since the platform is hosted in cloud, daily usage from anywhere in the world is easy. Jira integration helps us track compliance related task. The latest AWS integration helps us identify the gaps in our cloud configuration and helps us achieve compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature requests takes too long to deliver and no proper ETA when we will get it. Support is really slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using multiple excel sheets in the past now Apptega is my go to platform for all my policies, procedures and compliance related documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use UI, latest out of the box compliance content, onboarding time and the cloud based solution with plenty of options to integrate with AWS, Jira, Asana etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature requests used to take longer tie to deliver which I believe the new leadership team will address as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us send out vendor risk assessments in bulk and it is easy to track. They are frequently updating the frameworks as and when they get released so it helps us work towards achieving them faster. We can run assessments to understand our maturity level and convert that into a compliance program and work on gaps. The audit manager module help us work on multliple audits sending requests to our various departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Apptega makes it simple to build and maintain a strong compliance foundation. The user experience is well thought out, with clear guidance that walks us through each requirement. It has been a major time-saver and keeps our team aligned every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we continue to expand our tech stack, having more direct integrations would help accelerate automation and reduce the need for manual updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a single place to manage our policies, controls, and assessments. This has strengthened collaboration across teams and given us better visibility into where we stand, allowing us to proactively address gaps and demonstrate progress to leadership with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to put all your compliance info into one platform to organize, assign tasks and progress in optimizing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, if I had to say one thing, they removed a column out of the CMMC Level 2 POAM report that was vital to provide to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it so I don't have to track items in spreadsheets and Word documents. I can see history of what I've done easily and quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a learning curve for teams that are transitioning from spreadsheets, however the benefits of the platform outweighs this minor challenge for most of my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apptega addresses several key problems for my customers. Since Apptega is completely automated, it reduces the manual effort for the end user. Its ability to manage multiple frameworks helps my customers to have real-time visibility into various programs and ensure continuous compliance. Apptega's real-time reporting has dashboards and customizable reports that allow organziations to instantly see where they stand on compliane and security objectives. This has helped my clients track progress and ROI for their internal teams and customers. Overall, this tool has helped to increase productivity and efficiency, reduce compliance risks, and offer real time visibility.

A Great Product at a Competitive Price
What do you like best about the product?
For smaller organizations/companies, you can't beat the price of Apptega's base, intermediate, and premium products. I searched far and wide for a GRC platform to sell to our clients and I almost choked when I finally got to a price quote.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model -- price points based on the number of employees -- makes it difficult to sell this to clients at times. Some companies have thousands of employees that don't use any tech, which means they won't have any need of governance. However, those employees still factor into the price. While this is the industry standard for platform pricing, convincing a client that has GRC team of less than five people that their platform will cost >$20k is a hard sell. Luckily, Apptega works with us to lower pricing in those scenarios.
The product is less mature than other solutions I've seen. This means documentation isn't as robust and enhancements aren't as refined.

Apptega gets our consultants out of spreadsheet hell and into a modern GRC management platform. It significantly reduces the amount of time we spend managing our clients' security programs.
A must have for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to implement and use. So far very pleased with the functionality of the platform.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. No issues so far.
