What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuative and follows a logical flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better ability to assign maturity rather than just a score for some frameworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major value is moving Consultants like myself out of the spreadsheet to a modern and easier to control and manage platform.
Good product with room for improvement.

The user interface is great, it offers ease of use and with a great layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation and support. When i find myself looking for support whether it be documentation or direct customer support i find myself displeased with the offerings.

Formulating and tracking our SSP as well as our POA&M.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been pleased with the instructional videos that help us get the most out of the platform. Our team will go back to them repeatedly to review and keep up with best practice. Staying compliant with NIST is difficult for a small team, and the costs of 3rd party assessments were taking a toll on our budget. The ability to self-assess and chart our score provides tremendous value, and guides our alignment with the NIST Framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task of logging a significant amount of data into the platform can be daunting. Could help to gamify the process in some way?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were spending a large amount capital yearly with an MDR Provider to review our NIST CSF alignment. With Apptega, we're able to shift those dollars directly to other platforms and services that help improve our security posture. We're now able to self-assess and track our alignment in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple standards for cross-referencing compliance (ie. NIST, ISO), ease of compliance management: tasks, updates; changes; on-demand reports, and a document library. I currently manage compliance for multiple entities within the platform as a partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some desired features for ease of use require a request for custom implementation from developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides visibility into risks and a mechanism by which to prioritize mitigation strategies. Provides a central location to maintain compliance and removes unknowns from requirements.
Easy to organize documents and policy documents
What do you like best about the product?
Be able to tag documents to category and assign to the apporpiate policy
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to review documents, it is hard to veiw them on preview when dealing with differnt screen sizes. Also it would be nice to have the option to have accessible way to compare documents versioning to highlight changes that was made when uploading the same document.

Being to load all policy and documents in one platform and ease of orginazation.

Easy way to run compliance assessments for MSP customers
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest challenge for us has always been the amount of work that goes into running an assessment or filling out a DDQ. With the Marketplace in Apptega we can add our services as items and pre-check the questions that it satisfies. Then, when we are running an assessment for a new client we can just plug in what services of ours they have and it checks the answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up our services in the Marketplace was a little clunky. There are some required fields that don't always make sense for the services we are adding. The functionality is all there for sure though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous tools did not let us pre-build or pre-select anything. Each customer was starting from scratch. With Apptega, we can load up our stack and automatically add it to each customer. This gets us about 75% of the way done just from the get-go.
