What do you like best about the product?
Support and follow up is solid and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a couple bugs remaining to fix such as the licenses assigned might cause issues in monitoring, but nothing too serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee monitoring and behavior alerts.
All are ok but some pricing challenging as my team increasing day by day and i need best commercials

We have been using Teramind for over 6 years now at VC ONE, and it has consistently proven to be a robust, reliable, and feature-rich employee monitoring solution. The platform has helped us enhance productivity, improve data security, and maintain compliance across our IT environment.
From seamless deployment to real-time insights and user-friendly dashboards, everything has worked exceptionally well for our organization. The support team is responsive, and the solution itself is well-aligned with the evolving needs of our growing workforce.
📈 However, as our team size continues to grow, we are in the process of expanding our license base. While we are committed to continuing with Teramind due to our long-standing relationship and satisfaction with the product, we’ve noticed that some competitors are offering more aggressive pricing on similar offerings.
🙏 We sincerely request the Teramind sales team to revisit our pricing structure and offer us the best possible deal that matches or beats the market, so we can continue scaling with Teramind as our trusted monitoring solution.

Our biggest concern is the limited feature support on macOS. As 80% of our systems are MacBooks, we’ve faced the following challenges:

It provided clear insights, easy to use, significantly improved visibility over user activity

Its intuitive interface and comprehensive monitoring capabilities make it easy to track and analyze user activity effectively. The real-time alerts and detailed reports help quickly identify risks and ensure compliance, enhancing overall security.
The biggest upside of using Teramind - improved visibility into employee actions, proactive threat detection and streamlined investigation process that save time and reduce security gaps.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Teramind is that we experienced quite a few technical issues during the initial setup phase, which caused some concerns and disruptions to our day-to-day. However, after those were resolved, the tool has performed reliably and delivered great value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind is solving the problem of insider threats by providing comprehensive user activity monitoring, including screen recording and enforcing behavior policies. This helps us detect risky actions early, ensure compliance, and protect sensitive data, ultimately strengthening our overall security posture and reducing potential internal risks.
Consider Teramind if you are looking for an employee activity tracking program.
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind can be drilled right down to the second of what an employee is doing. You can watch live feed, recorded feed, set up analytics to compare quickly and many other things. The customer support has been wonderful and any issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I also have a weekly call with my representative that has made me much more comfortable in the environment and able to quickly get what I need and not take many hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything that I dislike about Teramind at this time as anything I ask to do, we are able to do. It can be setup exactly how you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind allows us to track hours that employees are working and also how productive they are while working. We are able to set URL's as productive or unproductive and it really helps give you a quick overview. I can also see if employee's are taking time off and not requesting it off. There are many features that make it helpful as the rules can cover so many items to quickly alert when triggered.

Some time people kept on one screen and go for break, Teraming allows me to get those captures.

Our company has been using Teramind for the past three years, and it has been a highly valuable tool for our business. Initially, we started using it as a tracking solution for our remote employees. However, with the excellent support from our Teramind CSM, we have been able to make the most of the platform.
We’ve set up automated productivity reports for various departments, allowing us to clearly see how our employees are using their time. Teramind offers a wide range of visual reports that help us compare productivity levels across employees and track when they are most active.
We have also implemented several rules for employee computer usage. For instance, we receive alerts if someone is working over the weekend enabling us to quickly respond to any urgent client needs.
One feature we particularly appreciate—and have not found in other systems—is the remote control function. This allows us to remotely shut down employees' computers at night if they forget to log off, which helps maintain efficiency.

While the filter and column system was initially a bit challenging to understand, once you get the hang of it, creating custom reports tailored to your needs becomes incredibly easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Loss Prevention as the main one for us - all employees activity is recorded, using usb flash drives is restricted by Teramind, notifications on trigger words were set up. Monitoring employees work time by setting up their schedule with alerts, and multiple productivity/ email/ messages reports.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Teramind in our operation for a few years and recently we were configuring it for our planning for this year and it wouldn't be done without Gabriel Figueiredo's assistance, he's very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and by far his intervention it's been key for our plans to work in the company. Thank you for the assistance, we definitely recommend Teramind for monitoring and security as we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some agents cannot be heard because their computer is silent, we'd like that to be fixed because we've contacted tech support and the issue was partially fixed but not resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'bve been able to monitor almost all of our agents and we can get the reports planned as expected, in the past we couldn't but now it's something we are taking advantage of.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind allows that we can use it in an easiest way, you can download it quickly, have great customer support if you have issues. I used it everyay and what I love more its that it does not affect your work with intrusive pop-up for screenshots. All my team and I were using it in the insurance agency and helped allow to increase productivity without having micromanagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I idlike it's that the file you download it's really difficult to delete from your device, what it's odd, specially when you change devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind helped too get a fair payment where you can not only know the time you have worked, but also you are able to manage your tasks in a timmely manner. This way I'm not behind as I used to be with other roles.
