A Simple, Effective Solution for Remote Installs and Rule Management.
What do you like best about the product?
the simple solution for remotely installing and easily managing rules and behaviors
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Mac systems sometimes causes errors

productivity and the ability to control user access and usage of the machine's resources
Great software, Teramind is open to improve their software on our request.
What do you like best about the product?
Screen recording is a great way to remotely monitor employee and investigate internal fraud situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new interface is still missing a few feature which requires user to flip between UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial need was for compliance purpose, since we have started using the application we have found additional benefit as the option to find employee that are stealing time from the company.
Simple, Non-Intrusive Employee Monitoring with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a simple way to monitor employees without feeling intrusive. The company is also very responsive when I have questions and when there are updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agent updates happen too frequently. We prefer to update less often unless there’s a specific need to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used primarily for employee productivity monitoring, both positively and negatively and DLP.

What do you like best about the product?
Security and peace of mind are the main reasons I use this software, as it provides custom alerts whenever it detects possible violations in clients’ emails, calls, or screen captures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can feel complicated or confusing for non-technical users, although it’s something that has been improving in the latest versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management’s confidence in productivity, information security, and compliance across both internal and external data management.

Insider Threat Management with Strong Compliance & Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is reliable & provides excellent visibility to users in recording sessions with a detailed analytics to move in a situation that carry forward our needs. I was most particular about the analytics which is very accurate & must win idea with the techniques developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform with learning dimension, enhanced risks should be resolved for free flow of compliance & risk potentiality for security policies. Then ITM would be strong in compliance & policy enforcement for any security concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For monitoring, policy enforcement, compliance & risk for the security needs. The major part of that we do is risk stabilizing in any situation for the better security structure.

There is nothing that is not helpful about Teramind.

Teramind allows the company to easily research who performed a given action. The screen recording allows us to address issues with confidence that we have the correct information and we are not relying on theory or hunches.
Essential for Compliance, Visibility, and Troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most valuable aspects of Teramind is its behavior alerts and customizable policies. These tools allow us to monitor communications, track potentially risky behavior, and understand overall employee sentiment. The system helps maintain transparency while still respecting user privacy when configured properly. In addition, the session recording and remote desktop access features have made it much easier to identify and resolve issues quickly when employees experience technical problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Teramind is highly capable, the user interface can be difficult to navigate, especially for new administrators. There are many options, settings, and modules, which can make setup and day-to-day management more complex than necessary. Customizing reports and filtering data across a large number of endpoints can also be slow at times. Making the dashboard easier to use and improving overall performance would be a meaningful improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company selected Teramind after researching several employee monitoring and endpoint visibility platforms. We needed a solution that could help us identify insider threats, support compliance, and allow our information technology team to troubleshoot issues remotely. Teramind stood out due to the depth of its features and the flexibility it offers. It seemed like the best tool available for the type of visibility and control we required.
