Easy to use, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup and configure with clear documentation to guide you. Customer and technical support reply quickly. some employees going above and beyond expectations to be as helpful as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, any issues we've had with AMS were quickly resolved in collaboration with their support.
In the coming "age of AI" it would be nice to have out-of-the-box integration with major PaaS providers' services from this area (e.g. to be able to configure sending a video stream's frames to AWS Kinesis, which the user can then connect to image processing services).

Ant Media provides the Low Latency WebRTC live stream with Recording feature

We found a few bugs in an earlier version of Ant Media, but it was resolved after we upgraded to the 2.5.3 version

We needed Low Latency WebRTC live stream with recording feature which fulfilled our requirement.

Straightforward UI to create/manage streams. Publish on the stream and very well-maintained API documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a period of downtime with Ant Media version 2.5.1, but it was resolved by upgrading to version 2.5.3.

In our project, we need to display the live stream from a device on a platform and record the live stream for a specific scenario. The Ant Media API documentation was helpful for this purpose.

Overall the product is great! If I need to say something about a downside is that the backbone is based on Java ;)
