This software has helped streamline our dispatch of technicians and has easily integrated into our daily lives

Being a new user, there is so many options and processes that need to be ironed out in the beginning for the system to work for you

We were a pen paper company and information was constantly being lost. Having real time information at your fingertips has made us more efficient

I like the industry-specific products and continued updates included in contracts

User Friendy, Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and customer support is easy to contact.

Some of the orders of operation can seem cumbersome.

Acumatica helps us correlate invoices and service orders. It is easy to keep track of yearly maintenance and contract customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an administration perspective. You can easily modify things within the system without having to have a full time developer on board.
They are ever evolving so while they may not have it now, it may be in the future. They are also very responsive to customer feedback.
We were able to implement in a relatively quick time frame through our VAR and were able to integrate with some outside resources via their ISV/Marketplace platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The 3rd party software providers, ISV's, can be less than spectacular. There should be some method for vetting or a check in for them to make sure they are performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Acumatica we went from an antiquated, outdated system to something reliable and allowed us to become more agile in our space. It allowed us to remove alot of manual labor and mundane tasks and allow the system to do it for us.
Customizable MRP Solution with Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it helps us manage a lot of manufacturing operations, like managing our inventory, providing solutions to customers, and coordinating material requirements for purchase. I appreciate the ease of customization in generic inquiries, as it allows me to easily create a custom view of all the data I need for each unique situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the MRP hard to use, but this is mostly because we have bad data in the system. It's challenging because we did not set up all of our inventory items correctly. It will definitely be improved when we take the time to clean this up and better use the system. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was pretty involved, but I wasn't there for the full setup.

Acumatica helps us manage inventory, coordinate material requirements for purchase, and provide solutions to customers. I can easily use it to create custom views of data for unique situations.

This search engine for all keywords crossed all modules is very helpful for new users.

For out of the box customization of software, the canned reports don't seem to be viable
