What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the continual growth and improvements. I have been working with Acumatica since release 4.2 back in 2014 to what it is today.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing functionality surrounding multiple shipments and single line sales orders and invoicing for our customers that want freight rolled in sales price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly financial by cutting down amount of time being spent in completing functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica impresses with its user-friendly design and modular structure, facilitating ease of use and adaptability. The implementation process has been seamless, and the platform's customer support is commendable, providing timely assistance. The platform's consistent performance aligns well with regular organizational management, and its extensive features are customizable to meet specific needs. The ease of integration enhances overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform's functionality is robust, improvements in the user interface could enhance overall user-friendliness. Though the implementation process has been smooth, continuous refinements could further enhance the initial setup experience. Customer support has been positive overall, and no significant issues have been encountered in terms of frequency of use. The abundance of features is appreciated, but managing and customizing them can be overwhelming, suggesting a need for simplified feature management. The ease of integration has been satisfactory; however, exploring ways to streamline integration processes further could be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the realm of financial management, Acumatica takes the lead in streamlining our processes. It addresses the complexity of tracking and managing funds disbursed to buying agents, enhancing accuracy in recording transactions and providing transparency in fund disbursement. As a cocoa export company, Acumatica efficiently manages the value of goods supplied, offering a comprehensive overview of supply chain transactions and contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Ease of use for end users is a priority - Acumatica is top notch in this area.
What do you like best about the product?
Users are able to easily navigatge the system. Reliability is another area that Acumatica excels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is an area that Acumatica stumbles. They could use additional resources in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into data is something that we didn't get with our previous system - Acumatica has many ways to access your data real time.
Acumatica has helped with our time and billing system, and using generic inquiries for data.

The ease of using and ability to discover data. Generic inquiries.

It is making strides for our business line of professional services.

Acumatica is working on the professional services side of the business despite being very strong in manufacturing and production.

I think it has an easy to use and intuitive GUI

The MRP demands don't go enough levels deep accurately in my experience, through sub assemblies etc

planning and inventory optimization

The aspect of platform technology being able to integrate best in class for what ever the need
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are not yet fully developed. Would like more out of the box fullty in depth integrations such as with Avalara Use Tax and being able to manage inventory usage as a use tax.

Acumatica is a flexible, adaptable tool that works well for our business. We can customize workflows to streamline processes and document what happened, when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normal software glitches can happen, but nothing out of the ordinary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based, adaptable to our processes. It takes our data and makes it widely available and allows us to measure things we've never been able to measure before.
