Acumatica is the next generation of business software.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the Acumatica platform allows us to build custom, integrated modules to adapt the software to our complex business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still lacking some functionality in manufacturing of highly configurable, serialized items, but advances are constantly being made in this area as well, so I'm very hopeful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us one centralizes system to manage our maufacturing, sales, and distribution processes, giving us confidence in the integrity and consistency of our data.
Aucmatica has allowed our business to create a technical advantage in the marketplace.
What do you like best about the product?
General search window is awesome. Ability for clients to enter orders into our system via our custom portal has been a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at this time. It has been way more flexable than our previous system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to integrate inventory traking between our clients and our company giveing our clients visability.

Consolidated our inventory, billing, and order management into a single system
Acumatica offers an all in one ERP solution for the SMB segment.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is entirely cloud based and encompasses manufacturing, field service and so many other business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud based architecture introduces some limitations for CMMC compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has provided a one stop solution to integrate AutoCAD product design all the way through to field service management and scheduling. As a custom equipment manufacturer that services our own equipment it is important to be able to both design our product and schedule our service technicians.
THe openiness of the platform allow for easy customizations.
What do you like best about the product?
As a software developer the open DAC approach to data access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data fields are challenging to determine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a simple end-to-end solution is a game changer for our business. Reducing enterprise complexity is our current KPI.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change order workflow. Capturing more costs in revenue.
Unifies Sales and Manufacturing, but Setup is Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica brings our very different worlds of sales and manufacturing together in one system. I appreciate the accessibility of both the product in general and actionable data for our users. It's great that our people can see at a moment's notice what the status of sales orders is, whether it comes to fulfillment by inventory content or make-to-order manufacturing production orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allocation needs to have a location as well as a warehouse. It sometimes pulls from the wrong location on allocation of items that have stock in multiple locations. It exists in shipping but that is too late to hit before pick. The initial setup of Acumatica was difficult and took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica unifies our sales and manufacturing systems, provides quick access to sales order status, and enhances user accessibility and data actionability.
User-Friendly Financial Tools with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica makes reconciliation and tracking much easier for our financial reporting needs, especially in accounts receivable and payable. Its ease of use stands out for me, particularly when entering and completing invoices and payments. I also enjoy the AP function and incoming document recognition features, which are very helpful. The initial setup was very easy, and it interacts well with our claim software, Origami.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the vendor module we use for payments very complicated and too user reliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for financial reporting, making reconciliation and tracking much easier, especially with the ease of entering and completing invoices and payments.
