My Acumatica Review
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple, functional and easy to use when compared with other ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are errors that pop up sometimes where we are logged out or stopped from proceeding that require us to log out and log back in. There are also a lot of pop-up windows that can clutter a screen especially when multitasking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to effectively integrate projects as initiated from our sales folks as opportunities to capture them and translate into sales. We are a small business and it helps orgaqnize our operations, finance and sales teams very effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Configurable, constantly looking to improve and integrate with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be difficult for new users. But Open University is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project financial visibility, overall business accounting and management.
Acumatica for the inventory purchasing role
What do you like best about the product?
I like the live access to information and data all across various aspects of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Achiemerica fulfills all of the functions that we need it to do, but cross the board it is generally slower than I would like it to be. Performance!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accumatica is solving the problem of having various customer types with varying needs in the order taking process. It also helps us address how we need to handle purchase orders on the inventory.
Great ERP for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica can be customized using industry standard technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow and difficult to troubleshoot that slowness.

All of our data is on one place, which allows us to move faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create dashboards so that I can see all the data I need at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import scenarios are a little difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica keeps track of all of our BOMs and part numbers for our thousands of different parts.
Perfect for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I love the responsiveness that the deveopment team has to customer demands and needs. I love that they are constantly updating the program and listening to customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain modules that I think could be better integrated into the system. The fact that Kit demand does not show up in MRP has caused an issue for us in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage all of the many facets of our company in one place has been extremely useful. We had a legacy ERP system that did not fully fit our needs and we did not feel that they were interested in continuing to develop there product. The fact that Acumatica is constantly evolving is a huge plus for us.

It is a one stop shop for all our project accounting and tracking.

It can be very complex and difficult to trace transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easy for our company to go to one space to find information about our various projects and track their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AP workflows that are built in to Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the financial periods. It gets confusing with the date the transaction is entered vs the financial period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have job costing and GL in one system. It creates efficiences of not having to enter transactions in multiple places.
