Marketing integrations are limited and features for campaigns.

Opportunity management and pipeline for reporting. This makes lead and opportunity management efficient.

Streamlined Operations with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for subcontracts, accounts payable, and purchase orders. It makes communications between operations and accounting easier and more visible. I think the program is intuitive and easy to move around.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to set up; you must invest the time and people resources to set it up correctly. Finding a high-quality partner who is willing to learn your business is very important to overcome the 'don't know what you don't know' problem.

Acumatica makes communications between ops and accounting easier and more visible.
Centralized Dashboards, Needs WIP Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ability to consolidate multiple systems into one source of truth. It helps us because we don't have to pull data from multiple sources to analyze our financial data. It's all together, which is really convenient for us.

Improving the WIP process and monthly expense recognition.

Acumatica helps with inventory controls and job costing, consolidating multiple systems into a single source of truth for analyzing financial data without pulling from diverse sources.

The end user is at the center of development architecture with No code low code features and all fields are discoverable through API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not understand the full capabilities on initial implementation...but that's not an accumatica issue

Being able to customize just about everything in the system and tailoring it to your business.

The complexity of the system is a big learning curve.

Once set up it is easy to use - the generic inquiries are great and split screen options.

Hard to know if you're setting it up correctly - some of the autofeatures create more work
